WILD is an amazing dog rescue that has blessed us with a beautiful dog “Wilma” who was rescued from a Southern IL pound the very day she was scheduled to be euthanized. WILD saved this perfect chi mix, paid for extensive surgeries and vet care to get her ready to be adopted. She brought us 7 years of love, joy, fun and companionship. Cash was another beautiful fur baby who was rescued by WILD and joined our family until a more approximate permanent home was found. We love WILD and have highly recommended the rescue to our friend's and acquaintance’s.

Wild Canine Rescue is the absolute best! They go above and beyond to help dogs and share important information about dogs to people interested in adopting or current dog owners. These ladies work hard to save and foster current shelter dogs to give them a better life until the right person comes to adopt them. I have met some of the foster parents at adoption events and they treat their foster dogs like royalty! We need more people like wild to help innocent dogs who have been abandoned or neglected by owners. It’s a very hard job mentally and financial but these ladies do everything they can to help!

This rescue works diligently around the clock to save, protect, & re-home voiceless neglected & abused animals. I am eternally grateful for the work they did to immediately get my boy out of a bad situation & into my home. Their work is exhausting & emotionally draining…& it never ends. I commend all the staff/volunteers for their selflessness & commitment to putting the animals first, ALWAYS. Bad owners get butt hurt when they get called out & told the truth. True animal lovers will only see you as the fool you are when you come here to explain your “reasons” for neglect. Grow up. Reach out for help SOONER rather than later. WILD CANINE is a TOP TIER rescue organization. Period

We are so glad that these guy's are going to find a good home for our dog . Unfortunately we could not afford the surgery our dog needs to live out her life. No one volunteered to tell us about a more affordable surgery option. Like many dog owners we had to say good by. As we were driving home in tears Our vet called us & asked if we would like to give her a chance to live out her life......of course if there's a way that's awesome. Not every dog is neglected. If someone would have told us we could keep her after surgery ,but that's not how it works . They claim to rescue these animals & make it look like a hard luck story. Our dog slept in the same bed with us & eat table scraps, Played with the children. We are heart broken to say good by. You guys didn't rescue my dog I choose to give her up so she can live.
