Dr. Montgomery and the assistants were so gentle and caring when I needed to put my ‘spirit animal’ down. When I got a new puppy, Dr Houmes took her time with the exam and answered all questions. They truly care for their clients from beginning through the end. I won’t go anywhere else!

We just recently started going to this vet. It was highly recommended by many friends. It’s a very clean, friendly place. We really like the staff, the vet techs were very patient and kind with our senior dog. Dr Janet Hill was very good with our dog, asked many questions and made us feel right at home there. We have already highly recommended this vet to our family and friends!!

We have taken our beautiful Greyhound to West Lake for the past year. To say we have been through a lot with this sweet dog is an understatement. Dr. Houmes & staff have been very caring, responsive, and involved in his care. When we needed specialized orthopedics, she was helpful in getting him placed. Our follow up care has been great. I’m thankful to have him here. The staff all know him & are so helpful & friendly. Highly recommend this clinic. Thanks for all you do!

Dr. Hill is a loving and caring vet. She will always answer any question you have. She shows love to all her animal patients that helps keep them calm. Her staff is loving and caring with the animals also. You will not find a better Animal Vet/Hospital. We have been taking are dogs to West Lake Animal Hospital for over 30 years. Great vets and great staff, love them all.

They take their fear free certification seriously and work to give animals a positive experience at each visit. That sets them apart, because you can get good medical care at many vets but not the kind of compassionate approach that West Lake has in addition to their veterinary services. It's also a comfortable facility for both animals and humans with ample parking and not on a busy street. Outstanding!
