Dr Ward has seen both of my cats multiple times and it’s always been a great experience. She is kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. The rest of the front desk staff are polite, and they were able to squeeze me in last minute 2-3 different times when my kitty had an emergency. I would strongly recommend this place! Very friendly, and their prices are very reasonable compared to other places!

Jenny (receptionist) was excellent. She listened to my concerns. Made me feel that I was a priority. She was compassionate regarding my concerns, returned my call as promised. Doc Ward was exceptional as always. Calling me as promised with updates and explaining options. Always feel as if they have my pets best interests in mind with also trying to say costs. Never feel like a number or rushed. Would recommend highly

I have been taking my Great Danes to Brewer Animal Hospital for many years for everything from disease diagnosis to wellness checks/vaccinations. Dr. Guth (formerly Rucker) is always so pleasant, very skilled, always compassionate and an all around delightful person. She even puts up with slobbery kisses from my dogs! All of the staff from vet techs to front desk workers are wonderful. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!

I'm so glad I found Brewer Animal Hospital. I have 3 Persian cats that are rescues. The doctors and staff have been wonderful. Both of my females had mammary tumors removed. I felt like they both got excellent care and follow up care.

I highly recommend Brewer Animal Hospital for your pet’s care. Recently my dog injured her foot. I called the office as soon as they opened and they saw her at 10:00 that morning. The vets and staff are wonderful. I trust them fully with my pets. (And when I say pets, I mean our furry children!)

Brought my cat in for an ear infection treatment and vaccines. The next day she was completely paralyzed from the belly down. Tried to get an appointment the following Monday and they literally couldn't have cared less about the situation. You could have at least offered a cbc so we could get an idea of what was or was not going on. Maybe give us an idea of what MAY be going on..anything. OFFER TO SEE THE CAT THAT WAS FINE A WHOLE 9 YEARS BEFORE THE VISIT !
