I just picked Indy up after a three day stay for pancreatitis and he is doing amazing. This facility is clean and modern, the staff is extremely kind and professional, we got regular, proactive daily updates and got to come to the back room every night to visit him. We even got some of our money back when he left - unheard of! I am so grateful for their competence and so glad to have my dog back home and healthy.

I am very grateful for the excellent service and care we received at Kendall Pointe. I brought my tiny mini schnauzer in at midnight for an emergency. The staff knew just what to do. I left my baby overnight. I got update calls as promised. Fortunately, little Rufus was good enough to go home in the morning. The charges for the services were reasonable. I may change from my current vet because I had such a good experience with Kendall Pointe.

I feel like this place is short staffed and the vets are not able to keep up. My dog was hospitalized for two days. I was contacted a week later and told that she had an infection, which required antibiotics. So all that time, she had an untreated infection. I asked for her records and still have not received it. I was told that the vet still needed to add his notes over a week after my dog was hospitalized. I had asked questions and not one time, did the doctor return my call to answer my questions or explain my dog’s needs. Treatment changed and I was not told. The thing that upset me the most is that without all of the test results, I was told to euthanize my dog. I was told that she would die immediately after being removed from her tubes, which was not true. I was told that I would not be permitted to bury my dog if I chose to euthanize her. I was told that cremation was my only options after euthanasia. This was also not true. During my dog’s stay, she was never assisted in sitting up or walking. She was never taken outside and the day I picked her up, her nose was bleeding. She didn’t have enough padding in the cage, and her face was flat against the bottom of the cage during my initial visit with her. They fed her only 1 can of food the entire day, causing her to lose a lot of weight. There was never a bowl of water in her cage either either.

I wanted to share what a wonderful clinic this is, they took extra special care of my Buster in an emergency setting then in follow up. The physicians are excellent clinicians and the staff is super. All done expertly and with care and support for not only the patient but for the family! Thanks Kendall Pointe for all you did for Buster and his family. I highly recommend your clinic to everyone who loves their pet and wants a high quality center who provides state of the art care with kindness and compassion. Many thanks to the wonderful team at this facility for making my Sophie’s spaying seamless. This was my first time utilizing this medical pet facility, and everyone was absolutely professional and extremely caring making the entire process much easier than I imagined. I was even given recommendations for a surgical onesie, that I actually did not know existed, and it has worked out beautifully! Many thanks to the fabulous Libby who takes care of you with a loving heart and to Dr Vasallo, an amazing veterinarian! Grateful to the doctor that performed her procedure. I was kept abreast of everything that was happening, and I cannot say enough about this facility! It’s beautiful, spotless, and I would recommend it highly to anyone who needs to take their pet for an emergency or just for routine visits. We will certainly be back!

May 2024: yet another update 🫣 and yet again, these amazing team with all the doctors, techs, nurses and the staff were there for my baby ❤️🙏🏻 I can’t thank you guys enough! You’re Bunny’s guardian angels 🪽I thank you for all the dedication, understanding, carrying and love 🙏🏻 this time we needed a little big of extra help with oxygen chamber as his thyroid spiked up and he went into tachycardia. Thanks to Dr. Del Monte, Dr. Gallardo and Dr. Gutierrez for timing matter and adjusting the medication my baby was better by the following day. We decided to leave him for another overnight for observation and make sure his T4 will be going down. Picked him up yesterday and he’s happy to be home. Sometimes I think he loves going to Kendall Pointe Hospital just like to the summer camp lol June 2023: I wish I could write a review each time I bring my baby in. This hospital is an absolute blessing for pet parents ❤️ and yet again Dr. Gallardo and Dr. Puron helped my baby 🙏🏻 I thank you so so much! the way they treat each patient and their parents are absolutely amazing. Always so understanding and you can tell that each doctor really cares. This time my baby had to spent 5 days in the ER. And I am so blessed that this hospital is close by. Sending a “thank you” to all the doctors and techs who works in this hospital. Thank you so so much for your care and ability to help our fur babies. Bunny is happy at home and waiting on his internal medicine doctor appt next week 🙏🏻 April 2023: I am beyond grateful to the kind attentive doctors Gallardo and Puron. This is our second time at this ER and they nurse my boi back to me ❤️ you can see how they love and care for every pet that is there. Also I appreciate the patience that all the team have with the pet parents as some of us (I’m one of them for sure) are Paranoid parents. Want time you call for the updates they are providing them for you. This is truly amazing how they keep up with all the patients. And I mostly love that you can come and visit your fur baby anytime while they are nursing them back to normal. Thank you so much for helping Bunny again! ❤️ this time we came in with the critically low potassium and within 24 hrs I was able to recognize my baby again ❤️ we still have some time to go but with these amazing doctors and staff the road is clear ❤️ thank you so so much. The pics are at admitting, then after 12 hrs and the last one where he’s sitting down 24 hrs ❤️🙏🏻
