Receptionist let me stand at my scheduled appointment with my injured macaw for 2 minutes without looking at me. She just asked me "Whazizname?"... so fast I didn't understand her. Then she let me continue to stand there with my parrot with no acknowledgment, no eye contact, or instruction. She needs to be replaced with an intelligent person who can communicate, be supportive, and be friendly.

The only thing I regret is not coming to this clinic two years ago with my chameleon . I was afraid of a long wait for the first appointment. But it is worth waiting. If you are looking for a good clinic, an excellent doctor, and a wonderful, friendly staff, this is the place for you and your pet. ❤️

Dr. Zellner and her staff are AMAZING! My Blue Front Amazon, who is 47 years young, looks forward to having his beak, nails, and wings clipped, NOT! But, having Dr. Zellner, in Paco's care, is the BEST Avian Specialist in this area! Thanks again to the wonderful, professional staff and to Dr. Zellner, fur all that they do!

I don’t understand how high the price of the visit is here compared to other hospitals we have gone to with our cats. I expected to be seen in a timely manner after explaining what was going on with my cat, but still had to wait until we were seen. Thoroughly disappointed with the establishment. We will not be going back here again.

Wow, as a first time bird mom to a 5 week old cockatiel I have been an anxious wreck and this clinic helped me so much! Literally the best experience we could have asked for! We also loved nurse Kristy who took so much time with us to happily answer all of our questions and it was very clear that the health and happiness of our baby was her #1 priority! Dr. Zellner was a complete angel as well and I’m so relieved and grateful to have them as our vet! Thanks for everything!
