A Lifesaver for Pups: Dr. Leese and Her Team's Heartfelt Care I have been a devoted client of Dr. Julia Leese for nearly twenty years, and the bond I have with her and her amazing staff grows stronger with every visit. As someone who raises puppies for a non-profit and therapy work, this clinic is my sanctuary for all things canine. From artificial insemination to handling emergency situations, Dr. Leese has proven time and time again that if a puppy can be saved, she's the one to do it. Her dedication goes far beyond the call of duty; she is a compassionate vet with the biggest heart for our fur babies. Not long ago, my team and I faced the devastating challenge of Parvo, which took my beloved partner and therapy dog and left 15 of our puppies fighting for their lives. Dr. Leese's expertise, coupled with the unwavering support of her staff, were the beacon of hope in our darkest hours. Tara and everyone else at the clinic offered us more than just medical care; they provided emotional support, shared our grief for the pups we lost, and celebrated each small victory as puppies recovered. The love and care they extend to all pets are truly unforgettable. I could never thank them enough for their dedication and kindness. When reading reviews, I hope people understand that everyone has challenging days, especially in such a busy clinic where Dr. Leese and her team work tirelessly to see as many pets as possible. Their hard work behind the scenes is driven by genuine love for our animals. My Great Dane recently had a procedure that required a drop off and pick up. He spent a better pert of a day in there facility. Three days later he had symptoms of kennel cough. Our other Great Dane followed suit and showed even worse symptoms. Another visit and a bill of close to five hundred dollars was there answer to a problem there unclean and unsanitary environment created. Our dogs were happy and healthy before we took our loved ones to their clinic. Pet owners beware the chance of this happening to your loved ones is great and I would like to hear if anyone else has had a experience such as our family has had.

We have been going there for 20 years with 2 different pets. Our dog recently had an emergency that required immediate attention and overnight stays. They diagnosed him immediately and the vet bill was very reasonable!

We adopted 2 cats and received coupons for free rabies vaccinations. When I called to set appointment, they said I needed to get exams first, which are $55 each. The coupons don't mention strings being attached. Person on the phone told me they were legally required to do that. I went to the internet and found no laws requiring exams first and called back. Now the story is that it is the clinic's own rules that they have to have exams within the last year, to get a vaccine. There is no expiration on the coupon. I'm going to look for a different clinic and see if they will honor the coupon. This whole thing stinks like how Intuit TurboTax advertises "Free filing", yet only about 30% of their customers can actually qualify for free filing.

I thought initially it was a decent place , a week after my dog was fixed and received shots I noticed a big lump on the nape of her neck. She was shivering a lot and it felt like her glands were swollen so I called mind you its a Saturday I was excited to see they were open. I spoke to a lady told her the situation and she said to come in but get here quickly. I said I live far itll probably be like an hour but I'll try to push to 40min. In my rush to get there I got pulled over got a ticket for speeding great right. Anyway I finally made it there and was met with an attitude immediately. You were told to be here by 11 , um no I wasn't told to be there by 11. She never said those words but whatever ok I get your closed soon so all I want is just for someone to check her to make sure she doesn't have an infection or something. She walks away comes back and says I know for a fact you were told to be here by 11 , well I wasn't but again I just need her checked real quick. She's my 1st dog I was worried. So i told her what was happening and she said well the lump is normal after shots ok well that makes me feel better , that would've nice to know over the phone I live in hayden. It's a long drive , so with this fabulous attitude says well then what do you want us to check. At that point I'm just kind of shocked how aggressive she was being and just took a big breath and she says very loudly I dont need your attitude. Im so confused at that point and my husband had seen enough and gets up off the bench and says nope im not gonna let her talk to you like that and we left. So I don't know if she was having a bad day but it was really unprofessional, I do not recommend this place. They're not good people. Im going to have to take her to the emergency vet cause she's not doing well , thank you for not giving a crap about my dog and being more worried about getting off work.
