Since 2008, Valley Veterinary has been a rock, a safe haven, and our lifeline when it comes to the health and well-being of our beloved animals. From the joyous moments of welcoming a new puppy into our family, to the heartbreaking goodbyes we have had to say, VV has been there every step of the way. I am forever grateful for the entire team. Dr. Hamilton, a true hero in our eyes, guided us through the darkest of times when my dog battled cancer. His expertise and compassion were truly unparalleled. He gave us all the information there was to be had, so we could do what we felt was best but with zero pressure. He went above and beyond as we searched for ways to battle a non-curable, very aggressive form of bone cancer. In the end, we were able to give our boy an extra 4 comfortable months before having to say our final goodbye and words are not enough to express how truly grateful we were to be given the gift of more time. Dr. Sederstrom has been a consistent source of comfort and expertise in many of our appointments. Dr McCormick was able to get us in quickly when our puppy feel sick with cold like symptoms. The receptionists are some of my favorite people. I can wholeheartedly say, the entire team conduct themselves with the level of care and professionalism you’d only expect to find from a best friend. In the best and worst moments as pet owners, VV has been our unwavering support system. The compassion and care shown to us and our furry family members have touched my heart in ways I can never fully express. My gratitude to the incredible team at VV for being there for us through it all is infinite. As we face the daunting challenge of tumors in our senior girls, I find solace in the fact that VV will be by our side every step of the way. I trust in their expertise and their unwavering commitment to helping us navigate whatever lies ahead. Thank you, VV, for being our guiding light in times of darkness, but also, for being there for everything inbetween.

My Molly golden doodle was spayed yesterday! Her first time at your office. She was treated like royalty as any pet ownership feel that their animals are being treated at a vet office. Thank you Kayla, Amber , and the rest of the amazing staff and of course Dr. Hamilton from doing a great job on surgery.

Our Vet was really nice and easy to talk with. He made sure to answer all our questions before he was done with the visit. Absolutely recommend this clinic.

The only reason this gets a 1 star is because of the receptionist that helped me on Wednesday during pick up. She was nothing but kind, caring, and respectful. For that I am grateful. Unfortunately after three visits and almost 2k later in my opinion there were little to no results. After receiving a second opinion from the ER this afternoon due to his condition worsening (sneezing blood, had labored breathing, and a severe upper respiratory infection following his last appointment on Wednesday). It turns out he was on two medications, he DID NOT need or address the core of his condition. In my opinion they were playing roulette with my cats health. He was shuffled between vets, and the vet who treated him was extremely disrespectful to me with every interaction we had. It concerns me that because of this his treatment may or may not have been affected. I was left with no discharge information, aftercare summary ect on the primary reason for the visit. I was given very little information and was told IN A VOICEMAIL she would follow up with me Monday (FIVE DAYS AFTER HIS APPOINTMENT) to discuss things. Absolutely unacceptable. I finally was able to obtain the proper documents three days later from the appointment. It was from the one of the owners. Mind you I had to call and reach out for the third day in a row. He apologized but said there was nothing he could do regarding the situation but have a conversation with his staff lol what a joke. If you care about the physical and emotional wellbeing of your animals, do not take them here.
