I absolutely love this clinic! They saved my cat and I will always be grateful to them. I went to many clinics before I found the right one. Here they take care of our animals as if they were their own. The doctors are incredibly professional and their attitude towards customers is the nicest. They are helpful with any question. Liza is a special love 🫶🏼 Prices are good, quality and service are the best in this city🔥❤️

Dr. Lisa and her team are absolutely incredible. They take such good care of all my kitties and love them like their own. Terry always has the biggest smile and truly is passionate about being there. I could not ask for better care for my babies. VetIQ is also very affordable and I’ve never felt pressured to pay for services or extras I can’t afford at the time. Pricing is very transparent and I’ve never been surprised at the end of a visit.

Absolutely one of the best vet experiences I've ever had! I've visited other clinics in the past, where the service often felt rushed and impersonal. However, Terry and Dr. B were outstanding! I needed a last-minute appointment for my dog Mika's Bordetella vaccine for an upcoming training class, and they were incredibly accommodating. From the moment we arrived, Terry and Dr. B greeted us with warm smiles and positive energy. Mika received plenty of treats and affection, which put both of us at ease. Their kindness and genuine love for their work were evident throughout our visit. They were transparent with pricing and didn't pressure me into any additional services, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be returning to this clinic for Mika's future needs. A truly 10/10 experience – I'm so happy we found them!

This vet was absolutely amazing! Took very good care of my dog buddy, very knowledgeable and super understanding and kind. Knew exactly what he needed and got him fixed up right away. Dr. Eudy and Terry are amazing! We took our pup in out of concern that something was lodged in her nose. She received a very professional exam (nothing in nose, thank goodness!) and was spoiled by Terry and Dr. Eudy the whole time. They went the extra mile to make positive associations between our pup and the vets office. I love them both so much and I highly recommend them. ❤️

Thank God I took a chance and walked in to VetIQ to ask a question about my 13 yro Pomeranians seizures meds. She takes 2 a day, been on them for several years. If she misses taking them she begins having seizures and now suffers from a collapse trachea which she also takes meds for. Like the seizure meds it's addictive and a sudden withdrawal causes seizures. I thought I'd for sure lose my dog this time. The vet Lisa Branford is amazing. After I explained everything she had us go get our dog. She examined her then filled her meds which were empty by that point, she'd taken the last one earlier that morning. Walmart filled the RX as they were closing. I've never met a vet clinic so caring and understanding before. In 13 yrs I've had so many problems with vets. The day we walked into VetIQ I was in the midst of a 3 wk long issue with our previous vets. One wasn't able to do a refill because of not having the E-script software or a prescription pad to write a hard copy and the vet is only there one day per week. The other vet is purely out of spite. I have 2 refills remaining but they blocked them because I did her blood work with someone else who wouldn't charge me over a thousand dollars. I ended up having to take my 13yro sick dog to the pet urgent care just to get the medicine for her collapse trachea filled and I was just about to take her back to get her seizure meds filled but thank God I didn't have to do that again. And thank you Lisa and the rest of the staff at VetIQ in Spokane Valley for taking such great care of Marley UPDATE... It's now been over a year since we first began going to "Vet IQ" and I still love them. They always remember us and are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly they're great with my dog. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet. Also they don't charge you a fortune. Thank you Terry and Lisa for your help with Marley.
