Unfortunately , this vet was not able to help me. I have called every vet in the area . There's not one vet that will do the surgery my brother's dog needs . He was humane enough to rescue dogs and cats that were dumped off and needed medical attention . But when it comes to a vet helping him save his dog's life , there is not one that cares 💔
