Description "Each VCA hospital has health and safety protocols in place based on health care best practices as well as state and local guidance and regulations."
Went to take my dog to get their nails trimmed because my vet was closed and my dog has weird nails so can only get them done at a vet. They informed me it was $50 for a nail trim alone. I explained my dog was an easy dog to do nails on, but they still said it was $50. When I asked why they said it was because technicians did it. Then they said “we are a vet clinic not a grooming place”. Multiple vets including mine have technicians that do it and they aren’t a grooming place either and they don’t charge more than 20-30. Never going there again because who knows what else they over charge for.
I am just absolutely blown away. We had an emergency early Thursday afternoon. I left work early to rush my little man, Rogue, to the vet. At the time, we weren’t sure he would be coming back home. They got us in immediately and thanks to their knowledge, compassion and dedication, our baby was feeling himself in less than 24 hours. Dr. Martin and the rest of the staff took amazing care of him. They communicated with me throughout the day, calling with updates and sending me photos of Rogue, that really helped me calm down and not worry so much. Special thanks to Rogue’s new best friend, Kristi! I truly believe that she loves him just as much as he loves her. I couldn’t help tearing up when I dropped him off for a follow up this morning. Rogue was so happy to see her, I knew he was in great hands! I’ve never seen a dog excited to be at the vet like he was. When I picked him up, she showed me more photos that she had taken and was telling me how his day was and how “everyone just fell in love with him.” I’m telling you, they treated my baby like family and you can’t ask for much more than that. 💞 It was a little pricey, but absolutely worth every penny. We will not be going anywhere else!
My Max had the best possible care at VCA. His sickness came on fast. They directed me in the necessary steps I needed to take. He was diagnosed with melanoma cancer. They were very informative and I had many questions they answered promptly to every one of them. Unfortunately, with a very heavy heart, we felt it best to let him cross the rainbow bridge. He was in a lot of pain and we managed that till the end. Of course, my heart is shattered, but I know he received the best care possible from VCA. Thank you to all the staff for putting up with me and for taking the best care for Max. ❤️❤️
I am very happy with the treatment they gave me at this clinic. The staff were all very friendly and Dr. Kimberly Martin is wonderful!! They treated me super quickly and I paid a good price for the consultation that included the medicine. I highly recommend this clinic!!
Quick and Compassionate care, our 1.5 yr old pup ate mouse poison today and i called them. they knew exactly what to do and to do it fast! they where so kind and quick. they even sent us a picture and what was going on to let us know how she was doing. Thank you so much for saving our Juny girl.
First experience with VCA Woodland. I couldn't be more impressed. The receptionist, Vet Tech and Dr. McKeaigg were absolutely wonderful...gentle and kind with my new rescue dog, Rosie. I had many questions and concerns, and all were met with sincere compassion and respect. I already made an appointment to move my dog other dog, Jackson, into Woodlands care. Prices are reasonable. First visits are free for both dogs. Saying goodbye to Banfield. Going back to get some of these delicious dog treats that my new picky girl woofed down. Happy with my decision.
