Takes a long time for the staff to help you, like when we adopted 1 of the dogs it took 2 weeks for us to be able to pick her up. Just kept giving excuses on why we couldn't. And definitely on the higher side of adoption costs.. you'd think with the price you pay they would treat for worms and stuff like that but they don't.
