The entire staff at Santa Fe Animal Clinic is warm, caring, helpful, and kind. We have had 4 cats and 5 dogs under their care throughout the years and still use them as our vet despite moving a bit north. We highly recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Tanaka is the BEST! I have been bringing my pets to him for years and wouldn't take them anywhere else. He and his staff treat my animals with expertise, care and compassion while giving me detailed explanations of diagnoses and recommended treatment.

I'm generally skeptical of the So. Cal vet scene, and over the last 30 years, I've seen a number of vets at various clinics. Now, I've comfortably settled at the Santa Fe Animal Clinic. My nearly 11 yr old Aussie/Border Collie blew out her ankle while running on the beach in Mexico. She had surgery there but post op care was complicated by a nasty infection. Dr. Kari Bohn has been wonderful in her management of this process and has been willing to communicate with the vet in Mexico about my dog's ongoing care. Dr. Bohn's staff have been helpful, supportive, and friendly. To me, this feels like they've gone the extra distance this situation needs. I'm impressed with their compassion and competence, and I recommend them highly.
