He answered my call on the first try, was at my house setting traps within 30 mins, and caught the troublesome raccoon on the first night! Came in the a.m. to take him away without us prompting him to do so. All in all - the perfect experience.

What a terrible experience with this company. Called with a problem of squirrels living in my attic. Agreed on $275 price. The person who came also who is the owner of this company. He said he didn’t want to buy a special panel for an extra $15 from Home Depot as he also has to make money. So he build something by him self and installed it on the access where squirrels gets in and out. Unfortunately his construction fell down a few days later because it was attached only on regular tape. I called him back to tell him that it fell down. His answer was will you pay me another $275 for me to come? It make me so sick and said for people like this. I am 2 weeks until I am having a baby. Very pregnant. After just paying $275 I will have to find another company and pay it one more time to do it right.
