I've been taking my furry friend to Best Care Animal Clinic since September 2021, mainly because they were linked with the pet store where I got my dog. But let me tell you, my experience has been anything but smooth. Right from the start, there was a language barrier that made things difficult. None of the staff, not even the vet, spoke English. Despite that, Dr. Torres seemed friendly enough, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But that changed pretty quickly. Every time I went in, I always left feeling confused and my concerns were being ignored or dismissed. Recently, when I mentioned my dog's sneezing, they just blamed it on the weather and said it was probably allergies. But even after following their advice and meds, nothing changed. Then, when my pup had a scary episode of reverse sneezing, Dr.Torres just shrugged it off and gave him cough syrup (after listening to a video of him clearly reverse sneezing). Not to mention she didn’t do a thorough examination and sent me on my way after 10 minutes. Cut to last month, my dog's still sneezing, and I've had enough. I took him to a different vet, for a second opinion. After a CT scan and other tests, we’ve been told that it could be something serious like nasal cancer or a terrible fungal disease. Now we're waiting on test results, and I can't help but wonder if we could've caught this sooner if Best Care had taken me seriously.

Today was my first time going with my 18.month Zuchon/Romeo. All the staff members were extremely courteous,and helpful Dr. Torres was very professional,very attentive and caring explained all my concerns. Everyone there is like a family, team work,and you can tell they like what they do. I was very pleased, and happy. I highly recommend them. Thank you Aurora

Couldn’t ask for a better clinic. The team and Dr. Torres are truly amazing and knowledgeable. They have saved two of my pups. One from a bad pneumonia when she was just months old and the other from frog poisoning. They truly delivery the best care and have the best interest for their patients.

I recently brought my new puppy in for her first check-up, and I was so impressed with the level of care and service that I received that I wanted to leave a review. This was my first experience with this particular veterinarian, but I have taken my other dogs to different vet clinics in the past. I can say without hesitation that I will only be using this clinic from now on. The facility is clean and well-kept, and the staff are amazing. Dr. Torres is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about animals, and that really shows in her care and treatment.

Avoid this place Based on my experience this is a 3rd world clinic They offer services they can't do They will charge you in front fees The tech don't show up for appointment then they keep the part of the deposit My pet got sick I took there they did blood test wouldn't find the issue they did xray couldn't find the issue they did several other test and still no find the main issue They recommend ultra sound I paid a deposit for it show up for the appointment 2hrs 10 mns later I went to work the tech no shop up according to them the tech show up after I left so they charge me from my $270 deposit $130 After tried to reach Iliana the "manager" I was told she has no phone number and only goes to the 3rd world clinic ones a week usually Wednesdays morning that the best way to reach was by email When she reply my email she was in a position that she was making an exception and help me giving me part of the deposit back My pet pass away and I just wonder if my pet would be alive if the tech will show up on time for the ultra sound This place don't show respect to people or pets! my other pet I am taking it to Miami Veterinary Specialist @ 8601 Sunset Dr Miami Thats a 1st world country service A+

Simply AWESOME. Awesome vet. Awesome staff. Everyone there is so humane, caring, and sensitive about our pets that the only regret I have is that I did not discover this vet before. 5 STARS!
