Ok Dr. Solomon does great work, no problem there. What I don’t get is I schedule appointments at 6:45am, no answer or the fax is on, I called 10 times. This has happened 5+ times, I wait 20 minutes then leave? Wasting my time, gas, only to get no response or apology. At this point I have no choice but to take my pet elsewhere.

Dr. Soliman and her team are the best. She cared for my dog for his entire life - over 14 years. The love and compassion that she has for animals is obvious. It was clear that she had my dog's best interest at heart, rather than recommending anything additional that he did not need. I am very grateful I found Pets R Us.

Pets R US 10/10! Dr. Solomon is so sweet. She really cares about my dog Charlie. She treats her like she was her own pup. She explains details in ways that are very easy to understand. All of her staff are sweet and very professional. My dog had gotten sick recently and they got her in right away. I'm truly grateful for everything they have done for us. Thank you Pet's R Us!

We have been taking Cesar to Dr. Soliman for about 5 years now. She always has Cesar's health and best interests in mind. When she gives us advice, we know it is because she really cares for our little pup. There have been times when she has suggested additional tests for Cesar, and other times when she has said that we could do additional tests, but she does not see a reason for it. This gives me comfort that she doesn't want to run a bunch of unnecessary tests just to rack up a bill. She only does what is best and necessary for Cesar. Another thing that I LOVE is how she, or one of her techs (but usually she, herself) will always call a day or two after Cesar has to have something done. He has had 2 surgeries there, and they always call to check on him. 🥰 I am SO happy she is our pup's vet.

Dr. Soliman has been a godsend for my cat Riley. I adopted her as an adult cat two years ago, and her previous owners did not do a great job taking care of her. Her teeth were terrible, and she stopped eating and drinking shortly after I took her home. Fortunately, I took her to Pets R Us. Dr. Soliman had to pull most of Riley's teeth and figured out how to get her eating again. Riley had another flare up last year of not eating and needed even more teeth pulled, and she is down to 2 teeth. However, she is eating and drinking fine, and is a very happy and loving cat. Most recently, Dr. Soliman found a mass in Riley's mouth, removed it, and sent it off for a biopsy. Fortunately, it ended up not being cancerous, and Riley was back to her normal self shortly after the surgery! Dr. Soliman has earned, respected, and maintained my trust through compassionate care for Riley and very reasonable costs. Each surgery has cost less than I expected to pay. Of course I wish Riley had a perfect bill of health and never needed to have the surgeries she has had, but I am glad that Dr. Soliman has been the one taking care of her through scary times for both Riley and me.

Our dog has gotten excellent routine health care over the last 5+ years from Pets R Us. Her most traumatic problem had been dental care until last Wednesday, when we noticed blood in her urine. I got an appointment for Thursday and Dr. Solomon found stones (a lot of them) in her bladder. We had an appointment the next day for the surgery she needed. The staff and Dr. Solomon kept us well-informed during the day, let us know how she was doing, let us know what to expect, and had us well prepared to take her home that evening. A staff member called on Saturday to check on her and made sure we didn't have any questions. Our dog is healing well and we expect a full recovery. Dr. Solomon and her staff are friendly and caring and take excellent care of our dog for routine as well as urgent/surgical care.
