Wonderful experience! We adopted a new dog about a month and a half ago, and hadn’t really been able to get any necessary tests done at other vet offices because of how nervous he is. Dr Chawla, Courtney, and the rest of the staff I encountered were so patient and flexible, and willing to try different things with him. They were very understanding, and really took the time and effort necessary to get what he needed done. They were able to get us an appointment quickly, were honest and open about what tests were needed, the costs of each, and everyone was so friendly throughout the whole experience. I’m extremely grateful for the staff at PetVet365 for making this experience as comfortable as possible, and getting my guy the care he needed. We definitely found the right vet clinic for us!

We had a great experience at PetVet365. My dog was sick and refusing to eat the morning after having some diarrhea. I called in around 11AM and they got me in at 12:15PM. I was able to do all the paperwork on my phone in that window, and we were taken straight to an exam room when we arrived. They were great with my very anxious dog, and upfront about pricing for all the procedures they suggested. My dog was being gently examined by the doctor within 15 minutes of us arriving. My dog is doing much better now :) I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone seeking quick, convenient and respectful service for their pets. Willie and I are visiting the area and he needed emergency excision with a severely infected anal gland. The staff and doctor were lovely and very informative and clear about the process and moving efficiently but not pushing my dog. It’s a no fear clinic and they worked hard to ensure Willie wouldn’t have his creativeness activated and for the first time ever, Willie even rested in the patient room … he never does that, always panting and worried. Would highly recommend for emergency or regular care. Plus they had coffee, which helped me cope quite a bit. :)

This was my first visit at 365 and can say that I'm completely happy with my new vet and the experience. Their fear free environment is warm and cozy. Not so sterile like your typical vet space. DR Jeff and Becky welcomed both me and Lucky and took really good care. The cat visit room was amazing! It felt like sitting at home in my own cozy space. They also accept direct pay from Trupanion Pet Insurance, so there is no need to wait for reimbursement on covered claims! I definitely recommend PetVet 365 for your furry babies care!

The staff are so so so kind. Very intelligent and know what they’re talking about. Super sweet to our four legged family member. Able to get us in quick. Suites where they looked at our doggie were clean and literally looked like a home…carpet, couches etc. super nice. No waiting room which eliminates the stress on our dog waiting to go back to an exam room. Our dog showed zero signs of anxiety and was happy and calm the whole time.
