Trailside is the best in all aspects of animal health care! They always did so amazing with my fear reactive dog, and had her best interest at heart through every step of our journey. If they could help me over the phone with any concerns with my dog, they always would. The only reason I’m (sadly) no longer a patient with them is because I had to move 3+ hours away. Thank you x100 Dr. Julie and the amazing staff at Trailside. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Milli misses you all!

After our vets retired we were looking for a new place for our fur babies to be cared for. We remembered that Dr. Julie and Dr. Brandie had previously been "aunties" to our babies when they were both at Noah's so we called and happily made an appointment. Yesterday, we met Dr. Nate and CVA Ando. Both were excellent with our sometimes cranky boys. Their love for animals is really evident in the way that they cared for our little pack. We look forward to sharing our babies with them for many years to come.

This is the best clinic I have ever dealt with. Overall, the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, and the doctors and techs go above and beyond to care for my pets. My cat has always had to be sedated to get his vaccines because he’s not very nice… but not here! They were patient and gentle with him, which I greatly appreciated. On another occasion where I experienced an emergency situation with my cat, they were able to get him in right away. After dropping him off, I received updates almost immediately. It doesn’t get much better than that! Thank you Trailside for being so awesome to Oliver and Scout!

The entire staff at Trailside is awesome! Our little Jazzy pulls us to the door because she can't wait to see everyone there. On two different occasions Jazzy had to stay over night on the weekends and the owners where nice enough to allow us to come and pick her up on a Sunday afternoon. Wouldn't think of taking Jazzy to another Vet.

I called this specific veterinarian because I saw they had positive reviews, I had a complimentary exam from the AKC after registering my dog and they were one of the vets that accepted it. I was first speaking to a women and gave her info on my dog, and when she asked about if he was due for his shots I said no he was not due until June/July and the women hung up on me (I heard her put the phone down to hang up on me on purpose). So I wait and call back 5 minutes later and a man picks up and I tell him I was speaking to a women about scheduling an appointment for my dog because I had a complimentary exam from the AKC and he immediately asked me if my dog was due for his shots and I told him no he’s not due and just had his shots done in December. He goes on about oh how he must be due for his rabies and I said no he’s already had his rabies, I have a whole shot record. He then asked what vet I was using and I told him and said I’m in Jefferson City, he then responded in a rude voice there’s no point in them during an exam and won’t do one on my dog because it would be a waste of resources. I then said ok thank you and hung up. I wanted to use them because I’m wanting to look for a good vet I can rely on but they lost a possible returning customer because of this interaction. I would not recommend them as they are a money hungry business and basically turned me away completely because I had a free exam. I will look elsewhere that cares about my dogs.

The staff at Trailside is amazing! The Vets and Vet Techs work really well with our cats, and they help keep them calm during stressful situations. They have treats on standby which the cats love!
