This area is very pretty and clean BUT the creek that the trail follows has a lot of water runoff from the city. But it is great for riding bikes and walking as they have some areas cleared for grass and some tree cover with benches every few thousand feet.

Nice park area. Decent little playground for kids that never seems to have very many people at it. Pretty unknown pavillion area. Grindstone nature area across the street gets loads more visitors. Theres not many marked trails here, but there is plenty of parking and I think one of the houses can be reserved for festivities.

The playground and shelter here are relatively new. The play structure is best for children 5 years and older, but is usable by a 4 year old. Great place to have a birthday party!

Out of the way playground. Most people do not know it is there, meaning it is never crowded. Close to a trail head. Restrooms. Very nice buildings for city programs and rent.
