They do a wonderful job looking after my cat. They explained everything they were doing and made sure I knew what was going on. They also followed up with me twice after the appointment to check in on how she was doing and have been proactive in their monitoring of any other issues.

Dr. Thur and Parktown Veterinary staff are all wonderful. My reason for 9 out of 10 is because I believe my cat Ian would have been calmer and happier if he could have been with me to get his rabies injection and nails clipped rather than taking him to the back alone. From my standpoint, I feel better when I am able to be with my 13 yr. old cat for any services. I will be back to Parktown and Dr. Thur next year only if they will make an exception to the "take him to the back" policy for rabies injection, etc. I should have asked that they do those things in the exam room this year, but did not. I do realize some pets do better with the "taking him to the back" policy, but I don't believe my cat, nor any of my previous cats, do better when away from me for those services.

Doctor Amy is great! A very knowlegeable, caring, professional. Throughout the years Parktown's entire staff has provided great care and services for my little girl, who is a senior dog now with many medical issues. I am grateful and appreciate everything everyone has done to give her a better quality of life and me peace of mind knowing she is well cared for.

I was referred to Parktown several pets ago because the vet I was seeing was closed. I've been a loyal customer ever since. I briefly tried a vet who was closer to my house, but quickly returned to Parktown. Dr. Amy and the whole staff are amazing. I feel they truly care and advise on what's best for the animals and their owners without pressure or upsell. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Amy Long and all of the Parktown staff are pretty darn amazing. I can not say enough great things about them. You just have to try them for yourselves, you won't be disappointed!!!!! All of our girls just love them.
