Came here on an emergency visit. My 10 - 11 yr old dog had a fever and a mystery diagnosis. Suffice to say they offered concern and stead fast solutions for my little pup. I was worried but was content for the next steps and support I was given. Veterinary professionals here are very knowledgeable and caring folks. Once my dear pet passed I received a letter ✉️ with condolences and felt grateful for all of the work all of the staff put into making my little bb feel better. I still bring my other dog here for check ups and have no complaints. They check up on our pet and ensure we are aware of proper care as well as follow ups. Thank you to all the staff ⚕️

Very satisfied with their service. I called on Monday, and by Thursday, I could bring my cat in for dental cleaning. The cost was one-third of what other places charge. I dropped my cat off in the morning, got a call around noon that I could pick him up, but by then the vet noticed he had a slight fever. They preferred to keep him at the clinic for a few more hours to observe. I appreciated their responsibility. I picked up my cat by end of the day. They reminded me to call if anything came up and they're open on Saturdays too. My cat came home, everything was normal. On Friday afternoon, they called again to check on him. They seem very responsible, and I'll definitely stick with their services in the future.

I am very pleased with Calaveras Veterinary Clinic! The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about animals. I felt welcomed and the wait time was less then 15 min before the Dr came in and checked my kitten Percy. The doctor immediately knew what was wrong with my kitten and prescribed antibiotics for him. Before I came to Calaveras another clinic couldn’t figure out what was wrong with Percy, they were taking my money and giving me the run around. The prices are very affordable and now I have a happy kitten! Thank you all

Took my 6 week old kitten here for an eye infection (it was swollen and I was looking for any vet that could take her in asap). They constantly took her to “the back” to do all the procedures, my mom and I heard her cry constantly. The vet opened my kittens eyes so harshly and spoke so fast that I didn’t even know if anything else happened that could've caused her eye infection. I’m pretty sure they hurt her eye while they cleaned it in the back because she developed a corneal ulcer in the eye she so happened to have swelling. They did some blood tests and what not and the lady who brought my kitten back was holding her by the nape like she was a pest and nonchalantly said “she bit me”. The only person who was sweet to my baby was the lady at the front desk who weighed her. Literally PLEASE visit any other vet, even if it’s expensive. I wish I could’ve done more research and taken her elsewhere. Photos added: first photo you can see her eye looks fine, a little puffy but fine. Second photo is the corneal ulcer that developed after (and while) on treatment (which was very expensive).

I would avoid this vet at all cost. They wrongly diagnosed my cat and made his life miserable by all kinds of useless tests and drug overdose. They still own me a test result which they promised but never sent. We changed to Tama veterinary hospital nearby and my baby got so much better within couple of weeks!

This clinic was recommended to me by a friend who takes her pets here as well as her boyfriend's family pets. I went to Calaveras Vet Clinic to get a second opinion for my 9yo corgi who needed a large mass removal. My boyfriend and I decided to move forward with Calaveras Vet Clinic because of their professionalism and affordable rates. The staff accommodated us with wonderful hospitality through our entire process. Thank you everyone!!!
