Couldn't be more happier with this breeder. They were quick to respond whenever we had questions about the bunny we wanted. Jose was great during the pickup and answered all the questions I had and showed me how to cut our new bunnies nails. We took our little guy to the vet 3 weeks later to get a full health checkup and vaccine. They said he is perfectly healthy and to keep doing whatever I'm doing. It's been about a month with him now and he shows no signs of aggression, loves to be petted and is very good with the litter box. We will be considering Bae's Rabbitry when we are ready for another!

10/10 I recommend! I purchased 3 bunnies from Bae’s Rabbitry! I have been in contact with them since a little under a decade ago when I got them. Every year I go on vacation I board with them and trust them blindly! My bunnies have been extremely healthy, clean and happy when I pick them up. This family has time again showed how reputable and trustworthy they are. Their professionalism and care is unmeasurable! I receive compliments from my vet and friends on their mannered-behavior, I guarantee you will not find more docile and trained bunnies in better care than Bae’s!

Three nights ago, I reserved a bunny paying $283 for the deposit. I have clinically diagnosed mental health issues, so I wanted to make the bunny as an emotional support pet. After I talked to my therapist, I came to the conclusion that a bunny may not be the best fit for me, as it’s a very sensitive creature. I ended up calling this business and the lady told me “ Absolutely no refunds”. I had read their policy after calling the first time, which I understood, but having a very legit reason as to why I’d like a refund on the DEPOSIT( not even the full price of the bunny), she ended up telling me no. I started to have a panic attack and yelled mildly . While I was still talking midway, she hung up on me. I found this very rude of her. This is not the way you handle business. You build up a well-established repertoire by showing a bit of consideration as needed. This not only builds the business, but it builds the social networking as well. I do not recommend doing business with them at all. It was a very unpleasant experience and I’d give it a 0/10. Response to business: I did not allow my phone call to be recorded at all and when I was still talking , she did hang up on me. Also, how would you know what my text conversation was unless you’re the owner giving me that response back 51 minutes ago?

I boarded my bunny for a little over a week. They took super good care of him, was quick to respond to my messages, and was very reasonably priced. My bunny also came back happy and more well-mannered than before. They must have taken incredibly good care of him.

Haven’t ordered yet but plan to order 3 bunnies later. Pictures on Instagram look nice, comments hating are irrelevant because their website literally everything. The only problem I have is y the first image you see when u open the website is a model and not the bunnies, with the pictures up, the main point of the business is not really represented as it should. This is all about them fluffy lil bunnies, model is irrelevant and it just has the same effect as a fly buzzing non stop by your ears, it’s bugging me that much. Other than that the amount of honest reviews makes this business trustworthy enough and all y’all Karen’s don’t need to be hating. I’ll soon find out for myself though....

We had our bunnies boarded there while on vacation. The owner had her son there to take them, would not show us a picture of where they would be staying. She got angry when we asked for a picture of them or an update and she said she would only update us if something was wrong. My 10 year older texted her and asked for a picture and she didn’t respond. Then my daughter tried fro FaceTime once bc she was missing them and I received a rude text back. On pick up, she sent her son out again, she never came to the door. She is rude and boarding your bunnies there is shady. Do not purchase or board your bunnies here!! Shady operation. And the website said nothing about pictures until she added that after I asked for it. I have a copy of the text from “her” saying “she” will add it. I asked for a pic of the environment they would be living in and could not get them to send one. It’s all very shady including the website
