Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Willing to help whenever needed. Happy to take all my pets there. Such a convenient location.helped me find an animal eye specialist for her cherry eye and when she had her eye accident.

No vocal mentions of the pressure wrap bandage over the community cat's arm need to be taken off 15 mins after picking up until 3 days later the swelling paw made me to read the email again, long story short, we took this young boy from our community for a neuter one day he walked in to our home and received an unwanted blood testing like other pets, I have no knowledge of a wrap has to be removed besides pain treatment. Fortunately, he is strong and healthy back to his community after the swelling paw recovers in another 2 weeks in our home

Extremely poor experience with this vet. I called to get a dog in for vaccines, and said she would be sedated and muzzled when we brought her in. They said it wouldn't be a problem. We brought her in and the vet immediately wanted to put the dog under, do bloodwork, fecal tests etc adding up to over $1,100. The dog needed TWO shots. Super disappointed in this experience and a upsale of un needed services.

My experience at Hayward animal clinic has been excellent , over the last 4 years ! My dog Molly is almost 9 now and Dr. Gill & Dr Sirtaj have both always taken such good care of her and been so detailed and caring . If your looking for a vet . This is a great choice . I wouldn’t go any where else !

My first visit and felt very comfortable with my kitty. Very nice receptionist, doctors aid and the doctor himself. These are my people now. 😻 we all know that pets are a part of family but you can see that they care. Thank you.

I took my 2 dogs in there for a check up after calling about one of my dogs having a bad ear infection. Everything went relatively smoothly until the vet asked if they have been neutered, I told him no, and that I don't have plans on doing that. He went on to tell me that he really recommends it because xyz. I told him no again, I have no plans on doing that anytime soon and that he didn't need to continue with what heavily felt like a sales pitch to me for a service they provide. He told me if I didn't want to hear it to go to a vet that I did want to hear it from. He then walked out of the room and they then refused to bring my dogs out holding them essential for ransom, I had no intention on not paying for the "check up" the ear infection test and meds, and allergy testing for both of them, however I don't believe they actually did anything at all with as short a time as I was there. To Turn me away, refusing to treat my dogs ear infection because of a vet that couldn't regulate his emotions. Then to keep my dogs from me because they seemingly need that 180 so badly, having provided no service to my dogs. That's the type of vet this is. Beware of these type of people that work for a place like this just to have a job where this type of emotional disregulation is encouraged, where you sould expect compassion for animals. They will willingly watch an animal suffer if they can't profit of it or if they just so happen to decide that their feelings supersede the needs of animals.
