We had a problem with a slow drain in the sink of both bathrooms. Rescue Rooter sent out a plumber quickly (same day). Eric was great. He found the problem and offered solutions to solve it. I'm grateful that Eric was able to fix the issue so quickly.

My technician was excellent! He explained what he was gonna do and continued to explain as he was snaking my pipes from my kitchen and even explained how some of the routing of my pipes under my sink were incorrect. He was friendly and knowledgeable. You are lucky to have such a good employee.

This was the most egregious example of bait and switch I have ever experienced and I have used this company before! Washing machine had back up and needed to be snaked. Same problem I had before. This technician gave me this spiel about “connections and equipment “ and he would give me a 10% discount on the now $540 fee. I am giving 2 stars because he came out on a Sunday. Didn’t use them today and will not be calling back.

Made an appointment late night the day before and they accommodated to my schedule accordingly. My time frame was 10am to 2pm but they showed up at 10:30am and were done with everything by 11:45. The tech David Valencia, was polite, professional and courteous, especially with two little toddlers asking dozens of questions! Peace of mind with pipes is priceless and this company saved the day!

I called ARS today thinking. Maybe I won't be able to get an Emergency call back unbelievable. They came out to my house the same date within a couple of hours. Nathan was great. He had excellent customer service skills and very knowledgeable. Told me what to expect in the near future and if I ever need his help again. Please do not hesitate the call. I was very pleased with the service.
