I adopted this beauty, Mercedes!!! The staff was patient, kind and willing to help. I previously went to Dallas looking for my new furbaby, I'm glad the experience was nothing short of unpleasant and a waste of time. The Rockwall Adoption Centers staff are CLASS ACTS, clean facility, and you can clearly see that they care about what they do. BTW, I didn't save Mercedes, she saved ME!!! She's great!!! We have adopted a cat and a pup in relatively recent times. The process is good as they vet us as pet owners and even though it can add time and hassle the reasons make complete sense and are solid. Our most recent was a month ago. Her name at the shelter was Terri. We changed it to Blossom. 2 years back we adopted Sam, an older kitty. We named her Meatball and we adore them both!
