I've been bringing my pets to Rockwall County Veterinary Clinic for years, even after moving out of Rockwall, and it's all thanks to Dr. Cohen and the incredible team here. Dr. Cohen is simply amazing—she's smart, compassionate, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand what’s going on with my fur babies. Her dedication and gentle approach have earned my complete trust, something that hasn’t always been easy to find in a veterinarian. The clinic itself is top-notch in my opinion. The staff is consistently friendly, supportive, and they go out of their way to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. They truly understand how important our pets are to us and treat them like family. Even though I’ve had a few bad experiences with other providers in the past, I never have to worry when I bring my pets here. The care they receive is always exceptional, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with their health. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen and the entire team at Rockwall County Veterinary Clinic for anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care.

I recently visited RCVC in having my Senior Doberman Frankenstein (Frank) assessed as he had taken a very negative turn with his health. Unfortunately he had quite a few ailments that were immediately assessed as being a detriment to his quality of life and would be difficult to overcome at his age. I had to make a difficult decision. Ultimately I had to part with my friend of 13 years. Straight away the level of compassion and empathy that was showed to Frank and I was absolutely stellar. Dr. Cohen and staff were at the pinnacle of how to handle this sensitive situation. I simply could not have been treated better by this group of exceptional professionals. It’s been a week today since I had to part with Franky and it’s been an emotional first experience. In checking the mail today I received a card from RCVC signed by the entire staff offering caring thoughts in this time. WOW! Many thanks to Dr. Cohen and the staff at RCVC, you have gone above and beyond!

The team is always very patient with my dog. Always takes the time to listen to any of my concerns with my dog (Rocco) diet, health and physical state. The services are a bit on the expensive side. I do appreciate the great service we receive there at the facility by all.

I have been using this clinic for many years. They have always taken good care of all my pets. Recently my cat was very sick and even though they were fully booked they worked him in the same day. Nice but professional service and I really appreciate the follow up calls from the Vet.

We just moved to the Rockwall area and have been searching for a new clinic for our animals. We got a new puppy Sunday (unexpectedly) and they were able to get us in Monday. Our puppy Jade was super happy with her squirms of cheese, she didn't even notice the shot.

We have squirrels in our yard who like to dine on the left over bird seed that drops from the feeders on our back patio. We noticed our baby scratching more and noticed a flea on her and our bed which we killed both then called the vet to get a prescription for a deterrent for fleas, ticks and mosquitoes. The vet staff were wonderful and the medicine was available within the hour. They are always available and happy to help whenever we need them.
