I adopted my 9 year old fur baby, Bond from this shelter back in January 2021! He was with a foster family during the time and furry friends helped me every step of the way with adoption! He was SUPER scared and shy the first couple months I had him, but after that he's a huge momma's boy and loves pets and cuddles!

My experience wasn't very good. I adopted a cat. Furry Friends staff overcharged my bank card. A few days later they issued a refund. Then the next day they attempted to withdraw another overcharged adoption fee. Then several pet insurance companies and pet service companies tried to charge fees to that card. Thank God I keep card locked. A staff member of Furry Friends contacted me saying that card numbers are not retained, however the attempted bank transactions by Furry Friends spanned over a week's timeframe. So, yes they have the card numbers available to them. Secret or not, they have them. Then cat became very sick. Vet results were that the cat had gotten feline chlamydial in her eyes and got an upper respiration infection. Probably contracted sometime during her shelter stays. I got initial medicine and found a nice family that was more knowledgeable about caring for a sick cat that now have her. I learned that, never use debit/credit cards at a shelter. Cash only. And there is probably some kind of issue for why the animal is at the shelter in the first place. So, no more adopting from any shelter for me in the future. Perhaps your experience might be a better one. They can't all be bad. Right? I wish all adopters good luck when searching for a forever friend.

They have an Amazing and friendly Staff. Was greeted kindly and they took care of my sweet kitty in no time with spaying her. That and they have affordable and fair pricing 🙏. Other vets i called wanted $500 to nearly $900 for being a new customer, for a appointment slot in general, spaying, and shots just for one cat. I was freaking out trying to find a affordable option until I found this amazing place. Thank you Furry Friends!❤️

Hard to get an appointment. Once you have one though, they are great! Thank you so much. I have had 3 feral cats spayed/neutered and a dog spayed. I have 2 feral cats to trap yet and get fixed so trying to get them appointments. All I can say is keep checking! They open quick and are gone quickly!!

They adopted out a dog with a bite record to us and didn't let us know about his mental issues, we never knew when he would turn on you. We hired a behavioral trainer and she stated he has a lot of fear issues and our vet put him on 100mg of Trazodone every 4 hours, the maximum! He bit 2 more people and came at us several times. This dog should have never been adopted out before rehabilitation. I emailed 12/27 to let them know what had transpired over 4 months and that he will bite again, not when but how bad. We have not gotten a call or email since. Our vet thought they should be more concerned, as they saw how this dog went at them and had to be muzzled and put down yesterday. This has been a horrible experience and know one should be put in this situation! Interesting you can respond to this review quickly but not my email from 8:10 yesterday. If he had a loving home why was he at the shelter as a breeder surrender?

I was SO appreciative of these wonderful people to be able to have my male cat Henry fixed for an amazing price. The drop off and pick up was very smooth and the staff were very friendly and informative of their procedures. They book up FAST so keep and eye out on their schedule. I'd be happy to refer them to anyone I know looking to have their animal spayed/neutered!
