We had Dr. Kaylee Endres. Excellent “bedside manner” playing with our dog while doing a thorough exam, and she explained her entire thought process very well about next steps. Both her and her assistant clearly read through our dog’s previous file and were very well-prepared for our visit. Overall did an excellent job and I feel that our pets received high quality care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet.
We used to go to Eberle and when he retired in2018, JCAH was recommended to us. I am glad I listened to that because I never looked back! I had to put my friend of 8 years down last year and trust me when I say I lost it!!! I still cry every other day… Dr Whitney was SO compassionate and went above and beyond to help me every way he could. I will never forget that… Dr Moore was the one to diagnose my baby and wrote a very sweet message in a card signed by other members of the hospital staff. She referred to him by name and talked about how sweet he was! Let me also say how knowledgeable she is and how she never misses on a medication for my cats - everything she prescribes works!! My cat had a dental cleaning once and did not need the IV fluid which was included in the estimate. I would never know that since he had his leg shaved… Dr Whitney was super honest and told me about it and how I didn’t need to pay another $200 ish (maybe less, I can’t remember the exact number) for that. I have 3 other cats and we continue to go to JCAH. I was reading reviews on how people got upset with someone at the front desk, etc and I don’t think it’s fair to give this place 1 star because of something like that. I am sure 99% of those people are amazing and truly care. I have had one bad experience with front desk many years ago and that never changed my love for this place! They always call to check on my cats and help me A LOT with my ginger “pest” who needs to be sedated when he comes in… I never think twice when someone asks for a vet recommendation. I deeply appreciate Dr Whitney and wish a lot of success to this place. May they have more and more clients and hope they stay in business forever!!! Love you all so much.
Went in with something wrong with my dog. Not sure it was just a few random symptoms that didn’t seem to link together. Worked with Dr. Endres and she sat on the floor with my dog trying to help. He’s a little scared at the vet and she went at his pace. Though we didn’t quite figure out what’s happening with my dog she called multiple times a week to check on him. The level of care and attention she provided me and my dog is unmatched. She genuinely cares about my dog and that is extremely hard to find!!
We started care with Dr. Kueter many years ago for our golden doodle and our cat. Our cat passed two years ago from cancer at age 15. Dr. Kueter was compassionate, knowledgable and spent time with us. In regards to Mia, she was the same way. Off and on we saw Dr, Whitney who was the same. However, our dog became sick and stopped eating. Dr. Kueter was full so we went to another vet in the building. She seemed in a rush, cutting me off when trying to explain things about our dog. She said an upset stomach is common in dogs and maybe she ate something. Gave me meds and said she’d call later that week for a follow up. I have the meds and nothing changed. There was also no call from her later that week so I called Friday night before close. I explained that our dog was being boarded there that weekend and I wanted to make sure someone watched her and made sure she was eating cause she hadn’t eaten the whole last week despite the meds given. Boarding said ok. Boarding called me Saturday saying our dog wasn’t eating. I asked them if the vet that recently saw us could come take a look at her real quick and make sure vitals were ok and to ask what she suggested doing. No one called back. I called right before boarding closed Saturday and asked if anyone came to look at her and they said”no, unfortunately she went home for the day.” . At that point I asked if Dr. Kueter could come take a look. They said ok and would let us know. Not sure what happened there or if Dr. Kieter even got the message bc I never heard from her which was not normal based on our previous experience. We picked up Saturday and I called Monday asking what to do. The original vet said “you can run blood work but maybe we can just switch the food for now and see if that helps.” I asked several times what the blood work was for and she never could give an answer. She just said it’ll give us a broad overview of her health…this was all being done in August. We just had a full blown senior lab work up in March and everything looked perfect. The vet acted as though she was offering blood work to appease me bc I was so concerned. She never said anything she was concerned about or thought it could be other than an “upset tummy”. In the process of switching food as she suggested, our dog woke us up at 2:30 am that week not able to move. We rushed her to the ER they gave her an hour at most to live and she ended up passing within 35 minutes with no assistance. They er sent paperwork to Jordan creek to let them know of her death and not even a simple call to ask or say anything about the situation. A dog under their care for 7-8 years passes and doesn’t even get an “I’m sorry to hear”. This was surprising and disheartening to me after making them our primary vet for years. I even called to deactivate my dogs account so we wouldn’t get reminders in the mail and they never asked why. Some rude lady answered the phone, I said I wanted to deactivate her account and she said “ok, done.” No questions asked. They have enough clients and could have cared less. We’re currently looking for another vet for our cat and new puppy. Sadly, it won’t be here bc we did love the care we got with Dr. Kueter the first time around. Dr. Mingus just didn’t come through for our dog and the clinic itself didn’t come through when she died. 😔
Dr .Anne Kueter and the entire Jordan Creek Animal Hospital veterinarians and team have continued to provide the best care at all stages of pet care. Highly recommend!!!!
They sold me on the importance of blood work that to guide treatment the following morning. Cost over $200. I called several times over the next week for the results. After a week I asked for a refund, because there were no results for the test and at that point we could not guide treatment needed the week before. Their office person agreed about the refund. Several weeks later and no refund. They appear more interested in billing than the care of our pet.
