I have been going here since I moved back almost 3 years ago and I won't go anywhere else. I live in Homestead, and it's worth the drive. I trust them with my Oreo and Oreo, trust them too.

This Vetco location was helpful and very informative when it came to my dogs treatment plan. I came in here today looking for guidance with my dog having a big knot on her mouth which cause her excruciating pain. Jacqueline the vet assistant was so nice and patient with me as me and my mom decided on what direction we were gonna take today. We were able to get some antibiotics and pain relief for my baby ☺️ I loved the experience I had and hope to come back in the future to get the same treatment that I received today.

Few weeks ago I fell into having to take my 18 y.o. Kitty to the vet. I must admit, it was grim and expected the worst outcome. Luckily, these professionals care, all of them. They’re an amazing team. From the Doctors, Assistants, to the support staff are superb!! From Leonard and today Jacklyn Cross, that went in today (on her day off) to provide service to my kitty, Abigail, went beyond my expectations!! Her improvement, her health has been everyone’s concern and I can’t express my gratitude enough. Thank you for all you do, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you 🙏🏼 for the love you show these babies❤️

Do not take your fur babies here. Terrible and incompetent vets. I brought two of my cat babies here. One was misdiagnosed completely, and the other was injured by the vet. I brought one of my babies here bc she kept urinating with blood in her urine, and the vet kept telling me that she was “stressed. For months the poor baby suffered with me giving her anti stress supplements and million diet changes. Had these people taken and X tray they would have seen bladder stones that had been causing the issue. After months of suffering, the stones were so big that she had to be operated in causing thousand thousands of dollars. Completely incompetent. The subsequent vet was shocked that Vetco did not look further into giving her an xray, which was a standard procedure for a urinary issue like this. Had they did the proper diagnosis at the beginning, the surgery could have been avoided. Literally around the same time when they were misdiagnosing my first cat, unbeknownst to me, I brought the other fur baby with an injury to her leg. Long story short, they would not take an xray of her leg without sedating her subsequently injuring her back leg at the site of injection. The cat was debilitated for months, and was not able to walk properly for months on the leg where they injected her. They first apologized for the injury refunding my visit money, and then suggested that I take her for an MRI to see the damage caused by the vet. Even though I was told that I would be reimbursed for the expenses incurred, which were thousands of dollars ,in the end they refused to pay. Terrible people and incredibly incompetent. Don’t take your pets here.

I missed my initial appointment but I called and was able to be put I. Immediately. The service was fast and affordable plus the doctor were nice and told me what to expect and cost for the visit. We will be back in two weeks for another vaccine. Happy we found this location
