I was very happy both with the service and price of The Fix ‘Em Clinic. I was able to reserve a surgery time for both of my cats within two weeks, they were done well and their recovery was smooth. This is THE place to go for spay and neuter. They are doing a great community service, are dedicated to the animals and strive for excellence. Plus, they came home with their names taped to their heads…How adorable.

Their online service store is great. Especially when you need a wormer or flea and tick meds and your animal doesn't need a check up yet. It's so convenient and I know my cat is happy about not having to go. LOL

The clinic itself is very nice! Very clean and professional. Walk in for shots and nail trims are very quick! In and out in less than 10 min. The young girl who trimmed my dogs nails was so very nice and patient. However. The blonde receptionist up front does not need to be in customer service. She did not make eye contact or smile. I tried to lighten the mood with a joke and she didn't even look up. Seemed very unhappy to be there. No hi, hello or welcome. Super cringe.

I brought my cat here to get a checkup because he hasn’t been feeling good. First of all, the lady at the desk with tattoos too worried about eating her chips was rude. She didn’t even let me finish saying what all was wrong with my cat. She gave the technician false information because she wasn’t listening. My cat was in the back with Dr. Kennedy for a total of 2 minutes before the technician came back and told me they couldn’t do an exam because they “couldn’t get my cat out of the carrier”…. My cat is not aggressive AT ALL. I offered to get him out for them and was still turned down services. They told me to go to an actual vet, which I cannot afford. Why are you a veterinarian if you can’t even grab a cat out of a carrier? When I say my cat is the sweetest and has NEVER been aggressive towards ANYONE.. they didn’t even TRY. Seems to me like they’re not too concerned about helping animals, just there for the check. 0/10 do NOT recommend!!!!

Our cat Sammy, All of a sudden got sick, couldn’t use his legs, could stand, or catch his balance, we literally called every vet clinic in Charleston but no one would bring him in and said we would have to wait hours for one of the vet hospitals to open.. well our furbabies are our childrens and refused to accept my child would lay like that for hours or days , we’ll I found the number to the fix em clinic, told them what was going on and was told to bring him in asap! The staff was amazing and friendly and truly acted like they truly cater for your animal! However our poor Sammy had something very severe going on and the prognosis was not good, the doctor was very friendly and went over our options with us, and we decided to let our poor baby go peacefully, he had given us 16 wonderful years, the least we could do was give him a peaceful passing! The vet and his assistant was so loving to our Sammy boy and so gentle and put him to sleep soooo peacefully! For one to see a vet clinic and staff truly show care for their animals coming in like these people do is above and beyond ! They not only treated us extremely well and went above and beyond for us, but they gave my Sammy boy the peaceful passing he deserved! I can’t give this place enough praise for what they did! Even though our Sammy was too sick to be saved they still treated us with dignity and the respect and love they showed our animal was an example of going above and beyond! I wished I could give them more than 5 stars! They deserve 10000000 stars! This is now the only place I will take any of my animals!
