you have worked with several of my pets and everyone has always been very polite and helpful. You all have treated my animals like they are your own. Even last year when I had to send my fur baby over the rainbow bridge you all were very sweet and sent me the best card with prints of my Manny's little paws and his nose since I would always fluff his nose. You made me feel that I was not alone in my loss and you do not know how much that helped. You helped arrange his cremation and made sure he was returned home to me like I promised him. I wish I could tell you all how much that meant to me. Manny also flirted with all the ladies in the office because he was a ladies man. I started coming to your facility because you were close to my home but I continue to come because you make me feel that my fur babies are safe and cared for. You also do not shy away from telling me when I need to correct something in how I am caring for my fur babies and I like that as well. It shows that you do it because you care and not to just make money. Thank you all so very much!!

Our first visit to Valley West was an emergency visit last year when we first got our Pom, Winston. He had blood in his stool, and we were so grateful Valley West was able to get us in same day as our call. Since then, they’ve been our go to for any care when it comes to our little guy! All of the staff is so kind, and you can tell they really love what they do. I’ve always found the pricing to be incredible reasonable, and they are very upfront with costs. Perfect example of this is with the quotes they gave us for Winston’s neuter and tooth extraction. We knew exactly what to expect before even going in. If you are looking for a new vet, I can’t recommend Valley West enough! Photos are of our lil guy healing from his neuter :) he is doing so great! Valley West has even been calling to check in on how he’s doing. Just another level of care.

My dear Pepper gets the best care and as her Mommy, they are great to help me be the best Mom to my furbaby. I appreciate when they work us in as needed and always very attentive to our needs.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! They were very kind even when my dog was a jerk to them! They were very understanding of the trauma he’s gone through and found a way to work with him! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! They were also very kind to my cat and made my baby feel safe when she was scared! This was the first apt ever for both of them!

All of my dogs are seen here and I could not be happier. I switched vets a few years ago and I feel everyone at Valley West goes above and beyond for my dogs. McGee would not still be with us if it weren’t for the care that Valley West and Dr Isaac have given him. Thank you all so much!
