If your pet is a part of your family, we are the vet for you! We started our business on 4/29/19 and we have been blessed to add a second doctor to our team. Schedule an appointment today to see what separates us from the rest. Walk-ins welcome! Dr. Cupples, Dr. Lagarde, and Dr. Pirela promise to treat your fur babies as if they are one of their own. We promise to never treat your pet(s) as a number. We are located in front of Shadow Creek Ranch Subdivision in the Kirby Commons Shopping Center across from Shadow Creek High School.

I have a spicy kitty who has never liked going to the vet. I was a little nervous for his appointment since he has been in pain and more grumpy, but Dr. Cupples and her technician were amazing with him. I am so grateful to Dr. Cupples and her amazing staff for their top notch care and compassion.

Our dog Cody was very very sick when we first walked through their doors. So much so we didn’t know if he would make it. He was diagnosed with Diabetes along with other illnesses….and it was all very new to us, very overwhelming… the vet assistants were patient with us when we were having a hard time with injections, one of them even stayed beyond closing time to show us better ways to inject insulin. Thanks to Dr Cupples and Dr Pirela+staff… we were able to have Cody with us for an additional 3 years…We lived those years to the fullest… Cody traveled, went to the beach, went camping…we will forever be grateful to Above & Beyond for giving us a chance to have more time with Cody…❤️

Hero hurt his paws somehow at the dogpark swimming.. Despite our best efforts of cleaning and dressing the wounds they got infected. Fortunately, we already had an appointment for his vaccinations at Above and Beyond so they were able to care for him in a way we couldn’t. They did everything needed to make Hero feel comfortable and the prices were very reasonable. He needed a cone that only cost $14. A few years ago we got one just like it at another vet but was charged $60! $14 is even less than retail stores. They obviously care at Above and Beyond not only about pets but about people not in the top 1%. less than 24 hours later Hero is back to his energetic self wanting to go on our morning drive. Thank you Above and Beyond . You are my and Hero’s Hero! If your pet needs the best of care by folks you can trust not to overcharge you, take your pet to Above and Beyond!

Above & Beyond staff have always taken such good care of our cats. They are very responsive to calls and get us in quick for appointments. Dr. Cupples is wonderful, but I would trust my animals to any Doctor at A&B!

I followed Dr. Cupples from her last location. One of my dogs has several complicated conditions (heart, kidney, liver, and collapsing trachea.) He has been seen there a lot in the last few months. I am impressed by the caring vets, techs, and front desk staff. Refills are very prompt, phone calls are smooth, and visits are efficient. Dr. Cupples is very knowledgeable. She gives you all the options and listens to your concerns, I never feel rushed. I think everyone there loves him almost as much as we do! They always fit him in for a visit when his condition turns serious and call to check on him the next day. They work well with specialist and the local ER too. The staff have saved my boy’s life more than once and I am very grateful for the extra time they have given us. Highly recommend.
