I had my dog in a month long board and train, and WOW, what a difference! I can't believe it's the same dog. They really know dogs. Better still, they really care about your dog. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs help training their furry friend!

I rescued my dog from the pound and he was so terrified of most things. I took him to Southern Dog training for basic and advanced training. I can not tell you what a difference it made in him. I can not say enough good about his training. He is a different dog and he was able to pass his Good Citizenship test with only 4 weeks of in house training, which was a huge achievement for this scared rescue. Thank you Jeff and Trina.

I brought my dog Jocko, for “service animal” training, 2 year old German Shepard, he lacked a few things coming in. After I got him back, I noticed the difference/improvement right off the back. The Southern Dog is the best place to send your dog in Yuma. Trina, Jeff, and their staff have made the biggest difference for our Golden Retriever! They love him like family and he loves going there. He has grown so much both in training and socially. We cant recommend The Southern Dog enough!
