We are from out of state and needed our little Sage to be seen. The office staff was polite and helpful. Explained everything to us and what tests were needed or just precautionary. We will be in Arizona until mid November and will come back here for any other vet needs our baby girl needs.
We had a great experience. I was worried about my pug, Lilo. They were able to get us in the very next day. Got us back right away. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions, wasn’t rushed. Address the problem, Lilo was back to normal.
We've been taking our cats here for years and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They were very respectful and patient when we had to put one pet down and always let us know all our options with the cost of everything broken down. Respectful if we can't afford a given treatment as well.
Brought our rescue lab mix in for his shot boosters. Once we got into the exam room we were told by the vet tech. that the vet had surgery and couldn't look at our dog in the exam room but he had to go in back. We let this happen. Our dog went willingly into the back. About 15-20 minutes later our dog was brought back we were told by the tech that our dog had to be sedated before we could bring him back. What ! This dog hadn't barked, growled, jumped, or anything the whole time we were there. We don't know if there was even a vet there. The dog came back seemingly happy. We heard zero issues from the back. Plus they expressed his analysis glands. We never asked for that !
We were brought to the back on time. The vet tech moved slowly with my dog, Cosmo, who is rather shy at times. Cosmo barely reacted at all to the 4 i.m/s.c and one nasal vaccine. They were willing to take the extra time to express his anal glands and clip his nails, although I had not originally asked for that.
We had been coming to the clinic before we moved a couple of years ago and they were great. The technicians continue to be outstanding (which is why this isn’t less stars) Unfortunately the last couple times we were in the front desk staff was pretty rude and seemed bothered that we were interrupting me. I know everyone has off days but this happened on two different occasions. We also had to pay for a full vet visit, $75, for a booster on a vaccine that was started just weeks before when the vet saw our dog. We have a few rescue animals and have never experienced such a high cost for a booster visit. It’s a shame because the staff other than the desk staff are really great.
