My experience with Nob hill cat clinic has been very positive. They provided excellent care for my kitty when she was really sick. I found the facility to be very clean, the front desk staff are extremely kind, the Nurses and Doctors are very caring and knowledgeable. They take great pride in the service they provide. Dr Gonzales and Dr Carter are amazing. I will definitely return & recommend for your pawesome buddy.

They are really helpful and prices are quite reasonable. My cat, Doris has kidney problems and we needed some special treatment. Dr. Carter was taking care of us and i must say, she knows exactly what she is doing! My cat loved her! I really appreciated all the help she gave us. The staff is also very warm and friendly. I highly recommend the clinic!

I’ve never written a bad review before, but this experience was so horrible that I feel like I need to warn other people. I brought my cat here because he had a chipped tooth and the doctor said that he needed to have the chipped tooth plus 2-4 others pulled in addition. I found it hard to believe so I took my cat to TWO other vets to get 2nd options and they both said that other than the chipped tooth his teeth were perfectly fine and only one needed to be pulled. So I share the story because this clinic was going to pull 2-4 extra teeth just to make a profit. If you ask me this should be illegal.

Only giving this place two stars instead of one star due to their one sweet nurse and overall cleanliness of the establishment. Their customer service is absolutely non existent. I had recently sent an email complaint in about a negative experience I had with a receptionist and was hoping to resolve the issue. After not hearing anything back weeks later, I proceeded to send an additional follow up email checking in. Both times I was met without a response and blatantly ignored. My cat and I have been loyal patrons to them for nearly two years. I’ve even referred multiple friends to them in the past. I won’t be returning to Nob Hill Cat Clinic.

Dr. Gonzalez is so thorough and patient when explaining everything. The staff is super friendly and they always give accurate cost estimates

This is such a wonderful cat clinic. They treated my boy, Whiskers, just like he was their own when we brought him in after a minor crisis on the day after Thanksgiving. Could not be more thankful. He is doing much better now!
