I gave this a review because Regan and Meagan. Last Wednesday's experience rate would have been a 1. My daughter went to surrender her cat. From the moment we entered the area Ashley was not very sociable, friendly. She showed like what my daughter was doing was bad. It's bad enough my daughter was really hurt and sad that she did everything in her power to try and keep her cat. So Ashley took my daughter's name and phone number, we did not hear any time for us to surrender Boo today because Ashley never confirmed because of a litter of cats were going to be dropped off. We called today to confirm and Ashley was very rude to the point that I hung up and called back to speak to a manager. And that is when I spoke with Regan. She had empathy, compassion and understood. She was apologetic and awesome. We met with Meagan when we dropped off my daughters cat. Meagan was awesome. I have adopted 2 cats that will be 3 years old. I will continue to mention this humane society, but will not refer Ashley. Thank you so much Regan and Meagan. My daughter surrendered Boo , but truly loves her.

Once I arrived at donation drop of 940..told by a staff member.they don't open until 10.. I ignored her. Just left donations.. I get so nervous when I stop drop off donations because staff try to inspect items as I drop them off.. very picky. And Not very nice... I assured her my things are in good condition..no response. I only drop off items on side at off hours now to avoid your staff. I would not continue to donate but do it for animals that are much nicer than most people.. I would think you would teach staff to be more thankful to donations instead of making it like a terrible inspection experience... just throw away the unsellable stuff.i would think your trash pu service is tax deductible since you are a thrift shop. It has been a while since donated..maybe staff or policy has changed..will try new site when opens.

Do not donate to this people they are very rude and they say that nobody can go and check the dumpster witch that's no illegal and the ladies shouldn't even work there she was so disrespectful I hope nobody donate nothing there they put everything in the garbage

I drop off boxes and furniture if not every week every 2 weeks since my mother passed away in December. Today I dropped a walker in perfect shape with brakes and 3 large tubs and 2 boxes. Mostly dishes fancy china. I put 2 boxes in the dumpster that were broken down and a guy came out and asked me rudely to take them to my own trash. I would think that they have made thousands off the stuff I have given them to help animals. This was the last time I will ever go there.

Great little thrift shop. Some things feel overpriced for what they are. More contemporary items than antiques. Clothing selection is limited in comparison to some larger thrift stores, but still a great shop to pop into if you are passing by.
