I can’t say enough great things about the control officers who came to help with our injured TNR cat we came to love. Michelle and Shannon both made repeated visits to our home and even brought more help to climb underneath our basement and scour our property. For 8 days our kitty was unable to eat or drink but wouldn’t let us catch her. Note: cats should not have collars if they are feral or outdoor cats. Her lower jaw got hung up on bottom of collar and she couldn’t close her mouth. It was pitiful. But they never gave up and eventually we trapped her and they took her straight to the vet. She received care for 4 days and then they brought her back. She’s back to her old lovable self and we couldn’t have saved her without the attention, care and teamwork this organization provided. Thank you from my family and Salem, our newest family fur baby.

We saw a heron that behaving oddly and called the office. They responded quickly and were able to help the bird by removing fish hooks from it. Hopefully it's recovered. Credit to the officer, I believe her name was actually Queen, for rapid response and a quick save of the animal.

My 3 small children and I left the beach and found an injured baby squirrel, we called and they immediately answered. We wrapped the baby squirrel up in a towel and waited with it. They arrived within 15 minutes.

So the service sucks the fact that I have to go through all this information to get to even talk to somebody while getting turned around three or four times by the same questions who just seem to be in a repetitive circle the animal just walked away I have no idea where it went I feel sorry that somebody lost their Pitbull and I can't call animal control because they're too busy not answering your phone have a nice day
