I called last minute with a concern that my dog had a UTI after my regular vet and others in my surrounding area could not fit me in. Caramel Road Animal Hospital fit me right in same day (and on a weekend!) and got my sweet girl all fixed up with the meds she desperately needed. Thank you for being so kind and compassionate toward my fur baby! I will definitely be back!

I visited Carmel Road Animal Hospital on 5/13 for my pup experiencing some scary symptoms. I was a walk in that didn’t even call prior and they immediately got us into a room. The staff is so incredibly patient, my dog is very reactive and they never made me or him feel bad for these issues and provided amazing care despite the challenges he put up. The staff is incredibly compassionate and explained every medication and test they ran for me. I am very grateful and would definitely visit again!

Today we had to take our two Pomeranians to Carmel Road Vet for general treatment on several items. The staff there, from the young lady at the front desk, (Didn't get her name) to our Vet Techs Andrea and Christine, to the Veterinarian Dr. Bowman, all so were so kind, compassionate and caring during our visit. They examined Dazy and Spicey from head to toe, spoke to us in simple terms so that we would understand and provided excellent care all around. Previously we had seen Dr. Alvaro Castro Fernandez for their first wellness care visit. He too was excellent. Got on the floor with our dogs and examined them there so they were comfortable. Absolutely incredible people here. Attentive and caring. The vet we had sat down on the floor with me and my cat (Ham, his med bag decorated by them in the photo) to tell us what was wrong. Constantly called him by name, and told him how handsome he is. Even if you are a little farther away from this location, I’d recommend it. And not that it’s important when it comes to caring for my animal, but I was surprised at how much less it cost than I originally anticipated.

I have never been treated so well at a vet, the staff is amazing with my kitties. We’ve met two doctors already and both of them were so sweet to our babies and gave them the best care. The prices seem more reasonable than other vets I’ve been to. 5/5 totally recommend .
