Banfield at PetSmart in Rivergate Charlotte NC has been very attentive to my 3 Cavachons. They care about each individual animal they receive and it’s very transparent! Besides the little things they do to show this, their phone calls on the day after an appointment just to follow up on how the pet is doing is remarkable as they don’t skip a beat with doing that. We love you guys ! Cavachon babies… Thor, Loki and Kylo Ren approved this message !

Gambit had his semi annual appointment and was taken care of very well by Katie LF and Dr JJ. He was put on the the fat boy program three weeks ago with a special diet and I am happy to say he is down almost a full lb. Thank you for always treating my babies like family!

Have been a customer for 15 + years. Terrible customer service displayed today by the office manager (the other people are really nice). Had an appointment scheduled and they didn’t see it on their calendar so they gave me another time and wouldn’t show any empathy to what this change is causing on my end. After talking to the office manager she was plain rude and said “how would I know if we or you made the mistake”? Mrs. Office manager let me tell you something, that’s not your customers problem but yours to solve! Your job is to make it right, that’s what you are getting paid for from my money. So I asked for the corporate phone number and she had the arrogance to say “it will come back to me anyway and you will have to deal with me” and “It’s just because you are not getting what you want” implying “don’t even bother” and hung up on me. Tried calling back 4 more times right after because now I wanted to cancel my appointment but each time she immediately hung up again and I was not able to communicate my intend to cancel. Oh well, you will find out when I just won’t show up because I will not spend another cent at your place and rather drive 30 minutes to another vet where I am being treated like a customer. My advice to Banfield corp. PLEASE provide much needed customer service training/etiquette for your office manager or even better don’t let her deal with customers to begin with. PS. Bye Bye Banfield, you lost my business for good. 2/6/24 Today the regional called me and we had a great conversation and she was apologetic and very nice and it was acknowledged that the behavior of that office manager was not acceptable. Thank you for that phone call.

This used to be one of the best Banfield's that I have taken my pets to. The doctors and nurses a great. The problem is the ever changing front desk staff. It's a sad state that when your pet needs care, and you call, you hope to get Louise or Bubba because they are the only two people up there that seem to know what's going on. Ysela, i think her name is, is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. I called to inquire about a drop of or appointment a week in advance for a comprehensive exam and she told me nothing was available and to try another Banfield...7 days in advance? She didn' t even bother to check, let alone fake it. Just disappointing all around.

They helped us a ton. They ran labs and a physical, and even though he's been sick, everything came back normal. They were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back if we need a vet again.
