Urban Animal is a great place! My dog had swallowed something he shouldn't have, I was freaking out and gave them a call. They told me to bring him in and as soon as I got there he was seen. The staff is very friendly and kept my wife and I updated every step of the way which made us less stressed. I will definitely come back to Urban Animal and I highly recommend you bring your pet here! Whatever you do avoid South Seattle Animal Hospital, that place is horrible! Bring your fur baby to Urban Animal.

As new residents of Seattle, we hadn't yet established with a vet when our dog got sick. We were able to take our girl here same-day as a new patient, and receive the care needed in about 30 mins. Definitely recommend!

We have been going to Urban Animal White Center for the past three years. The staff are friendly and the location is convenient. Urban Animal White Center does not take appointments. If you wait in your car with your pet they will text you when space becomes available. If you do not immediately respond they will give your space to the next person in line. The customer service is NOT great, but the veterinary care has been consistently positive.

We started bringing our cats to this location a couple years ago and they had been great. We had a persistent issue with one of our cats that there was mixed messaging and ended up having many exams to get to the bottom of what is going on. Depending on who we talked to, we would get different answers or recommendations. We started noticing that picking up medicine after they said it would be ready, we would wait 15-45 minutes after arriving for it to be ready. Most recently, we were told our medication would be ready for pick up by 5pm, we got there shortly before closing and without asking questions they said the register was closed and couldn't help. I returned when they opened this morning to be told the prescription wasn't filled, and would have to wait a few hours. The customer service can be really hit and miss, and the most recent interactions we felt were condescending, and in a time of stress of needing help with our pets that it was our fault that the prescription wasn't filled for 24 hours after request. After that, we were told they would have to do another exam. This is fine but frustrated that we are told different things and making multiple fruitless trips. We will not be returning and are left disappointed and frustrated.

This vet has been the best veterinarian office I've ever been to. Professional, clean, friendly, up to date technology, and they really care about their patients!! They have a live wait-list for how many people are waiting and how long that estimated wait time is, you can check that easily on their website. They are super kind and friendly and show great empathy for your fur baby and you situation as an owner. I've brought two of my kitties here and they take good care of them in all regards. We recently had to have our sweet kitty put to rest of 22 years, and they really go the extra mile for you with that. We went the cremation route and as you can see from the photos they give you a urn with your kitties ashes, some of their fur, and a paw print of their paw, along with some other things. They allow you all the time you need with your pet during the process... nowhere cares like they do. Will always be where I take my current and future fur babies. 🐈🐾 RIP Phoenix baby. We love you. ❤️

Good and knowledgeable vets. The walk in time can vary from 20 minutes to over 60 minutes. And the wait in the room for a vet can be another 30 to 60 minutes. They offer to call you when your turn is soon so you can wait elsewhere until you have a room.
