After very little luck at my previous vet with treating my dog's allergies and subsequent infections, I brought my girl Mia here to have them look at her abscessed paw and rashes. I've never seen Mia so comfortable at the vet. She hopped right up on the table and let Dr. Figueroa-Millado and Victoria look her over. No whining, no stress-shed. She clearly felt comfortable in their small and peaceful office. They did a thorough exam and offered practical recommendations that I could start with her that very day. We left with medications in hand and a plan of attack. I left a message with a follow up question later that evening, and Victoria returned my call promptly to advise. I believe we are finally on the road to long-term comfort. Thank you SO much. This dog mommy is feeling hopeful after years of frustration and only temporary fixes for my patient but very itchy dog. I would recommend this place to any pet parent needing prompt, practical, and tender care.

I have a very nervous pitty and they were so good with him. Every vet visit is an ordeal but they were so patient and gave us some extra care to be sure no other visitors could walk up on him. Having a good visit impressed me a lot.

My husky was missing / overdue for 2 of the 3 vaccines needed for doggy day care. I was able to get him in and get those shots done in what felt like 5 minutes! He is also a big baby (like most huskies) so I was pretty nervous about how he might act at a new place. But the ladies were very gentle and comforting to him and he didn't move a muscle! Thank you for providing such kind, gentle and efficient care to my pupper!

Brand My Gear

Called location on Plainfield yesterday. Were told we could do a walk in appointment to have cats ears swabbed for infection. Got there at 6:30 and doors locked. Knocked and an extremely rude woman opened the door to tell us they lock doors at 6:30 because they close at 7. At this point it’s 6:32 and we pleaded for cat to be seen due to his high anxiety in the pet carrier. She closed the door and said she’d ask. Came back and said no they have everything closed up already. Wow, closed up 2 minutes after the door was locked. No mention of last appointment is 6:30 on website or posted on door hours. The attitude from the worker was SO unprofessional! No compassion or leniency for arriving 2 minutes “late” although no one would know this policy because it’s not posted anywhere.

AMAZING! I got my puppy her 12 weeks shots and had her microchipped for less than half the price of other vets around. They're website was easy to book an appointment on and also shows pricing for everything which is very rare and convenient. They staff was very very friendly and attentive with my pup. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
