Had to say goodbye to my Lola today. And used Heaven at Home. I will definitely use again. The tech Amy came out, and was very pleasant and explained everything very thoroughly. And even on the phone setting up the appointment they were very kind and understanding. She gave us plenty of time to say out final goodbyes. Nothing was rushed or hurried. Highly recommend.

Dr Brush was amazing, gentle, compassionate, and talked our family through the entire process. I felt as though I was handing my most precious fur baby to an angel. Sgt. Pepper passed away at home, surrounded by love, peacefully, and it wasn't scary- thanks to Dr Brush. Sgt. Pepper was the fury love of my life and every dog deserves a passing like his :) Picking up Sgt. Pepper's cremains was so hard, but your aftercare center is so tranquil & beautiful- I was greeted by a lovely dog & even more lovely staff members. Every step we took with your agency, we felt cared for. Thank you Heaven at Home for all you do - you are angels here on earth and we need you. These are the most wonderful and compassionate people I have ever met. Every single interaction was so caring, helpful, informative, compassionate, and really anything you could ask for. I have had to put two of my dogs down since June. Woody and Yoshi. Yoshi was the first and hardest and I called several times to reschedule and they always helped me answer questions to make my decision and offered to come do an evaluation and allow me to change my mind if they felt they had longer. Ultimately when the time came the doctors that came out were some of the most gentle, caring, loving souls out there. They really help you through it and realize that we are giving our family members the best possible gift and that is passing on to the other side in peace and tranquility. I am happy I was able to do that for my pets who I view as family. Having the ability to do this at home where they are happy and where they want to be with such wonderful people was such a gift. Thank you to everyone I spoke with over the last few months. You really helped us all through it.

Was heartbroken to lose my princess, but the whole experience was made easier by Heaven at Home. The veterinarian that came to the house was gentle, compassionate, and tried to make everything painless. I was glad I could hold her as she passed and that she was comfortable at home instead of at the vet clinic after a ride in the car, which she always hated. Would 1000% recommend to anyone facing losing a family pet.
