I have had several cats over many years and I have been to a variety of clinics, including "feline only". Currently my partner and I are fur-parents to 5 kitties and I have been above and beyond happy with their care at Feline Wellness. The staff and Dr. Jen always make time to answer my questions and follow up on procedures. They are also one of the most cost-effective feline clinics around, and with 5 cats, that was a huge factor in staying with Feline Wellness. I can't say enough good things about them.

If you don't know what to do with a cat issue, you want to talk to Dr. Jen. There's probably nobody in West Michigan that has seen more weird cat issues. Highly highly recommended. Wait till you see how cool the office looks.

Why does it not surprise me that Dr. Jen and her staff have all 5-star reviews here? It's so deserving! My son and I volunteered at Crash's for 4 years and it was a great experience. And of course we ended up adopting two Crash's cats. We decided to keep them under her care and I'm so glad we did. She loves Loki and Zuzu like they're her very own. She remembers all of the kitties who pass through Crash's and the clinic, which is amazing! That has to be thousands, right??? And although we haven't volunteered for many years, she always asks about my son during our appointments. Dr. Jen is talented and dedicated - just check out the stories of any of the Crash's cats to learn more about the lengths she goes to to give those kitties a good life. She will do the same for your cats! I would recommend her and her friendly staff to anyone. And if you ever get a new cat and need name suggestions, she's the person to ask!

I live in Chicago but I’m from Grand Rapids and I bring my cats to Dr Jen at Feline Wellness Center because she is just that good. Every staff member is so kind and caring, and they really go above and beyond. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the level of care is outstanding, both in person or if I call with questions. Feline Wellness Center is amazing with animals, and I love the complimentary nail trim with each appointment. I am so happy my cats are under Dr Jen’s care.

I first met Dr. Jen many years ago when she rescued some neighborhood cats, removed them from the mean streets, and put them up in the posh accommodations at Crash's Landing/Big Sid's. She became the primary care giver to my two favorite fellas, Westley and Dillinger, some years back and we wouldn't trade her for the world!! No one loves cats like Dr. Jen. Feel confident that you're getting THE BEST treatment in her care.
