Their prices are up there with family friends but without all the extras you get. They are also great with new animals and vaccines. You can get right in, and there is hardly anyone else there. That being said, my dog started having skin issues at 8 years old. For over 7 months, they kept telling me it was allergies. Treated him with steroids and antibiotics for periods of 2 weeks, which only gave him 3 weeks between flare-ups. I finally got fed up because they would only do one thing each visit, even though we talked about different things it could be. I felt like they would nickle and dime me just to stretch out the visits. I switched vets, and they looked at his history and instantly realized it was a bacterial skin infection. Kentwood vet clinic wasn't treating it long enough to get rid of it. My dog had been suffering since November, and he's finally better in August, thanks to my new vet. It also blows me away that my new vet has 9 different veterinarians and offers way more services at a seriously reduced price compared to kentwood. I don't recommend this place if your dog has a real issue that you need to address.

I have a puppy toy poodle, I've never had a dog before so I have nothing to compare them with, however they provided me with excellent service, and i did appreciatethe knowledge and friendliness of all staff!

Definitely not cheap, I spent just under $200 per visit. Great staff and doc. Only place that will perform procedures that all others say no too.

They were very quick and cordial about the whole process. Fritz was in and out quickly and the office is practicing social distancing.

Brought my older dog in for teeth cleaning and had to get 15 extractions. They were thoroughly professional and took very good care of her. The team went over all the information and was very detailed and did a great job. highly recommend and also recommend that you get their teeth cleaned once a year!

After living away from the GR/Kentwood area for many years I was a little nervous about finding a vet I liked in the area. I'm thrilled I found Kentwood Veterinary Clinic. They are conveniently located, the staff is very nice, the doctor is straightforward and honest, and it's just plain comfortable there. I take my 2 cats to them, and have since they were born. All their care has been with this office and I'm very happy. I feel like they remember me and my pets when I call, and they are always accommodating. I am also bringing my 13 year old do to their office as well. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.
