Awesome staff!!! They were very accommodating when I needed to bring in my exotic pet for an emergency visit. Dr. Renshaw is amazing, caring and knowledgeable. I was very impressed all around and have just changed my vet services over to Animal Clinic from a vet that I have been with for over 20 years!

I found a kitten in the middle of the road. Cars were going right over him. I got out and picked him up. He was bleeding and I know he needed to be put down. I have been a client at Animal Clinic for over 10 years and they told me I needed to pay to put him down or take him with me. And also I called them yesterday because my dog hurt his foot and he was limping. They told me they couldn’t see him because only one vet was there and she was leaving. Furthermore they said they couldn’t see him for two days. 10 years going there and they treat me and my pets like that? I will never go there again

5 stars all the way! I choose Animal Clinic, Inc. Grand Rapids as my vet for my puppy's first vet appointment after we had a scare only two hours after adopting him where he was peeing blood. Dr. Keane was very thorough with testing and provided me with direct, honest feedback regarding his situation. Dr. Keane followed up with me directly after the test results came back and I couldn't be happier with their quality of service and attention to detail. I look forward to using Animal Clinic, Inc. for all of my veterinary needs moving forward.The clinic was clean, the staff was friendly, and the prices were fair!

I've taken a number of my pets to Animal Clinic over quite a few years. Most recently, they checked out and treated my cat Manti. I had an idea of what may have happened to cause his injury. They easily showed me that the cause was altogether something different than I thought. They treated him quickly at a next day appointment on a Saturday! I appreciate that they have a weekend day open! He was able to showboat and seek attention while they assessed him with care (& a few pets). I would and have recommended friends and family to The Animal Clinic. As I was checking out, one of the ladies working there had a dog on a leash that had been thrown from a moving vehicle in front of her home. How ❤️ kind to bring the dog in for assessment and treatment. It shows that they go the extra mile. It was easy to see the dog was appreciative!

I’ve always had a good experience at this clinic. Dr. Burrell was very diligent in the care of my eight-year-old Chihuahua with extremely elevated liver enzymes. She was also diligent in the dental procedure for my 12-year-old Chihuahua who had an abscess tooth. The staff there Are kind and seem to care about what they do and their clients. They also do not charge you an arm and a leg. I would say based on my urgent pet care needs the cost was reasonable. I would recommend this clinic.

I have been very happy with the service here. I originally became connected because of my leopard gecko. I have a number of exotic pets as well as cats and a dog. Almost all of my animals have been seen there and I feel like they listen to my concerns, ask great questions, and really care about getting my pets the right treatment. They have been honest with me when it was time to make difficult decisions, which I really appreciate. They follow up personally after treatment to make sure everything is ok. And they tolerate my neurotic questions as a first time dog owner. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The facility is simple but clean and extremely well run. This is my vet of choice for my menagerie.
