The staff was great with my Pup. She looked great. Paws were still rough. I didn't notice it till later. I will make sure at her next grooming that it gets done since that's what I paid for in the package. She is the sweetest Pup ever.

Terrible experience with grooming salon. They didn’t give our dog a bath smelled like rotten meat when we picked up our dog. The ears look like they used a chainsaw on them uneven butchered the hair wax all in the ears Terrifying experience and of course no manager would want to take care or responsibility for the bad experience. Now I know why you have to pay before you see the end result

If your smart you wont bring your dog here to be groomed if you love them. I brought my Lab there yesterday5/28/24 had an appointment. I checked in with Gabrielle and told her the packages I choose which were Bath & Brush and Essential. I expected the items in these packages to be done for my dog and it turns out many of them were not done. When I picked her up Gabrielle did tell me she couldnt grind her nails because she was stressed. She said she does the grinding at the end and she cuouldn't do it. I asked her if she trimmed the bottom of her paws the extra hair trimming which is in the package and she said no I asked why and she told me nobody was available to do it and I can see if someone can do it now and I said OK so she asked one of the three girls that was there the one who was not working on animal she asked if she had time and the girl looked at me and then looked at Gabrielle told her "NO" i don't have time very abrupt and rude. So I said OK so are you going to give me a discount for not doing these things and they said no we don't do discounts. So I was pretty upset that 1. Yall don't do the items that you list in your packages and 2. I was only give $2.00 off for the grinding. I'm totally disappointed in how I was treated when I was spending $64.00 for my dog. My dog was also not given a badana or bow or smelling spray and was not give the sanitary trim so I basically paid for a shampoo/blow dry, nail trim which they forgot a couple of her nails, not sure if here teeth were done doesn't look like they were and also don't know if they cleaned her ears. If they needed more time to finish the could have I said call me when she is ready. I feel they just said oh forget it nobody has time which sucks because I made an appointment and drove from Goliad for this grooming. This is my second time bringing my dog and I wont' bring her back again. Yall do a terrible job grooming and don't do what the customer had selected and then you charge the full price because nobody had time to do it.

Picked up items for a customer. Had a few items I couldn't find. I was familiar with the store. Asked for help. The employee's was very helpful, friendly faces. Great place to get your fur babies supplies.

PetSmart has a great selection of dog & cat toys ( always something on sale)! The Victoria store carries the brands of foods that our babies love, plus, offer reward points/ additional savings. It doesn't get much better. 🐾

I just left the store very upset that I was denied the purchase of any fish The employee requested to see pictures of my aquariums and questioned my knowledge of care. I thought the customer was right and that when I go into a store I would be able to purchase what I wanted. I am very very angry.
