Britt Animal hospital is such a wonderful place! Everyone who works there deeply cares about our dog, Bryant. Bryant is an 11 year old golden retriever with a lot of health issues. Dr. Nolan did a surgery for him several months ago that several other veterinarians told us couldn’t be done. Anytime Bryant needs care they always help us! Thank you to Britt Animal Hospital, Dr. Nolan and all of the nurses/staff!

My dog is a bit hyper, and I’m understanding of that as he is still considered a puppy. When being boarded here, he’s a bit anxious and becomes antsy (not aggressive but destructive) so they’ve asked if he could have something to calm him and I said okay. (Something I’ve never had to do before) I requested for a bath and nail trimming at drop off and upon arrival to pick him up, I’m told they didn’t do it, even after the sedation because “they couldn’t”. So I spent basically $160 for 3 days of him being there, paid for pills, and then received him dirty with debris in his nails from his kennel. I understand some dogs are harder than others, but I feel there was no effort with my dog and no one wanted to deal with him. I even asked about the details of play time when boarded to help ease the anxiousness and was told there was an option if asked and if the staff would be up for it, but she didn’t think so. He will no longer be boarding at this place.

We love Dr. Hicks and all the staff at Britt! They are awesome at getting you in for quick appointments. You will always feel listened to even when you’re a crazy cat lady like me! They will always be our first choice!

Britt Animal Hospital is the best Hospital for all fur babies. I highly recommend them to anyone. They took very good care of my baby Emma. She was not already a patient there but they took her in immediately. They take all measures to make sure your fur babies are well. They also call to check up on them after their visit. They are wonderful. Thank you Dr. Hicks and All Staff at Britt Animal Hospital. We love you all !!

We took our 10 year old dog for a quality of life assessment, fully expecting to receive terrible news. Dr. Britt gave him a thorough evaluation and said he thought he could help him. He did just that. Within two days of taking his new medication, he was better than his previous baseline. He was running around and more playful than he has been in years. I appreciate Dr. Britt giving us more time with our sweet boy. Erin at the front is always super sweet to Trigger and helpful to us.
