Mt Brook animal control officer

I was trying to find emergency shelter for a stray cat. I drove from Center Point to Mountain Brook to find the officer, well it was the truck, parked. So I proceeded to the police station to ask and the officer was dry and didn't care. Really offered no suggestions either. And they are recruiting...anywho the Irondale police Department was much more helpful than Mountain Brook, which was really no surprise. So if one finds themselves in need of help for a stray animal or any other reason on a Sunday in Mt. Brook forget it. Call Birmingham or Irondale police Sorry for the interruption, won't make that mistake again. Good thing I wasn't in real need of help...
