My two new adopted kittens and I had a wonderful first experience at the Animal Clinic of Tustin Ranch-Irvine. We were referred from OC Animal Care where I had received free vouchers for a initial exam when I adopted them (which it turns out very few local vets will honor). From my initial phone inquiry to the follow up call the morning after our appointment, the care and service were excellent. I knew what information to bring along, we were seen right on time, Sarah the vet tech and Dr. Sable were extremely knowledgeable, kind, concerned and provided me with lots of very helpful information. I was given options for several recommendations regarding their follow up and vaccination schedules, and never felt pressured to do more than what was necessary. Socialization as well as medical concerns were addressed. All my questions were answered. They even made me a folder with lots of great information on taking care of my kittens and recommended books and websites on cat care. I received a phone call the next morning to check on how the kitties were doing after their exam and vaccinations. I will definitely continue my kittens' care at this clinic, even though there are many closer to our home, because of the level of care and concern of everyone who works there. I am so happy to have found this clinic. I have been to others with my other pets and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. If you are looking for a new animal clinic, this is the place!

The staff is so friendly and shows how they each truly love animals. Dr Holden is extremely knowledgeable and so thorough. She detected a tumor in my 14 year old dog and essentially saved her life. Dr. Holden has personally returned calls and given of her valuable time to answer my questions and discuss the best options. The staff follows up the next day to check how my pets are doing. It is the best place I have ever trusted for the care of my beloved pets.

I was searching for a new Vet for my elderly Cat, when he got sick, and no one could see him , not even my regular Mobile Vet. I found Dr. HOLDEN on Google and read the reviews. They were not all positive, BUT they tried very hard to fit me in and did for the next morning. LUZ, was very sweet and wanted to take care of us since she would have the day off on our appointment. We were greeted by a very hard-working and kind person, MEAGAN. She was working the front by herself, and never got frazzled, stayed sweet and professional. Then KRISTEN, the Vet Tech came for us, and she specializes in Cat Care. She was fantastic and knowledgeable and put both of us at ease. DR. HOLDEN came in, and I instantly liked her demeanor and how she treated my Cat. She explained everything and had prepared herself reading A LOT of notes that were sent from past Vets. We spoke about my Cat being almost 16 years and having already been diagnosed with Diabetes, kidney disease, and a heart murmur. She said she could do a few tests and others for more answers but never pressured me at all. I know he may not have a lot of time left, and every day is a gift. She complemented me on taking such good care of my Cat (son). The prices were reasonable as everything has gone up everywhere!. I will wait for the results now. PLEASE don't hesitate to take your Fur Babies here. If you are like me and the doctor and staff are the most important, I feel confident in recommending this Vet Clinic after just one visit!

Dr Holden is brilliant and very intuitive. We have been able to catch issues before they become acute. The staff is caring and kind. Easy to park and access. Office is spotless. Highly recommend.

In need of a new vet (I've only had one for more than 20 years), I took my cat to Animal Clinic Of Tustin Ranch because it was close and they had favorable hours. I was met by a warm reception desk and then shown into the exam room. The Vet tech asked questions and weighed my girl and was very gentle with a very scared cat. Once Dr. Holden came in, I immediately felt comfortable. She was kind, thorough and very gentle with my girl. Looks like I have a new Vet! Yay.

Dr. Bridgett Holden was very through in her exam of Abby, my 3 year old miniature dachshund. The veterinarian prescribed medication to treat her skin infection and also gave her an allergy shot. The whole staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Veterinarian.
