I didn't know what to expect when I went to drop off my donations. I was surprised at how easy, organized, and safe the process was. They don't have a lot of restrictions on what you can donate. They even took opened toiletries and cleaning products. I highly recommend this location.

I take all of my gently used clothes and linens and things here to donate at least twice a year. They don’t sell stuff to poor people, they give it away! That’s what I love about it! The people are real nice here.

First off ,I stayed here a month. They take your phone ,and all your perfume.This place is a joke and it should be shut down. They give expired food. The child care called pce is a joke. They have women that's just barely coming off the street or jail, total strangers to take care of your children and change diapers. My child got bitten by another child. No one did anything. Instead they told me I was overprotective and needed to just calm down. So, I left and haven't looked back.beware of a lady named Diane a lady named Jill and a lady named Brittany. They don't want the best for your child they just want to control you and your child. It is a cult. And I also want to add you see how they made a rebottle at the bottom of My review? Not one time did they deny what that happened to my Child Or offer a solution to my child being harm In strangers care or that women taking care of your child is literally off the street Fresh out of jail! no one is professional in here. No one is licensed but they get to change your child’s diaper and give your child food! And it’s crazy how you guys want to push going through drug classes on people that have never even done drugs! I just wanna go ahead and tell Orange County rescue mission that I got my housing. I live in an apartment now. I left you guys back in August 2023 and I got my apartment November 2023! Ladies, you don’t need this place run for the hills! If I can get my apartment months after I leave this place, you can too!!! you don’t need a very strict program that holds you hostage and take domain over you and your children!

This place is not for everyone during the first year you can not have your cell phone credit cards or money you'll also *have to "volunteer" this is how you pay for room and food. People in the program can not work or leave premise in first year of program also there's no classes or job skills offered so it's going to make it hard to explain to a potential employer the year + gap in employment history I guess you could just say you were at a shelter that wouldn't let you work but that's probably just going to make them ask more questions, I truly feel like this place is a cult ran by self righteous Christians

OC Rescue Mission is very dedicated to help out the community. We should have more programs like this one. Oh and I can't forget the staff. They are very helpful and make you feel comfortable and are available to help out with any questions you might have. Much love and respect to all. Thank you for what you guys are doing.

If you're in need of any kind of rehab and you're willing to put your best foot forward for recovery and to You trained, go back out into society with a sense of accomplishment. This is the place to go but you have to be willing.
