I made an appointment for a stray kitten that i found and they told me there would be a $39 holding fee but did not mention to me that it was non refundable. I called and cancelled the same day because I was able to get in faster with a different clinic and when I called and asked about a refund they told me it was non refundable. If you are not going to be refunding a holding fee at least say so at the beginning instead of being sneaky about it. Another clinic that I called at least refunds the holding fee if you cancel within a timing manner.

I can’t recommend this place enough! We just moved here and hadn’t established a vet for our boxer. This morning I woke to her not being herself and noticed a large lump on her bottom bleeding. I started calling around and while doing that it really started bleeding. The staff at All Pets Hospital were so amazing at getting her right in and helped calm me down (really scary seeing all that blood all over). Thank you so much to all the staff there.

Dr Young was great with my dog. We were new to All Pets, transferring from another vet in town to follow Dr Young. My dog has anxiety at the vet. Dr Young sat on the floor and did his exam when my dog was ready. He is so gentle and caring. I also love the fact the Dr Young is involved in the rescue of animals as well.

The receptionists were lovely and absolutely adored the pets! Our vet was also great and attentive in dealing with our pups allergies. Didn't seem overpriced for the meds or visit. Highly recommend!

All Pets is All Good. 1. All pets is really reasonably priced. My invoices for my 2 large puppies are significantly less than the last vet.(Ymmv) 2. Everyone that wasn't actively engaged loved my dogs and took a moment to play/interact 3. As a new patient I left feeling like I have been going there for years. I felt really welcomed 4. Having XL dogs, the layout of the office is logical and made it is easy to take my boys to and from the exam rooms. It was not cramped and I didn't have to navigate through hallways or separate my ultra-excitable pups from other dogs. 5. Help was everywhere. My mistake, Newfie and berner pup(under 6 months) can be a huge(lol) handful. Never again ... Despite this weak judgement call on my end, everyone chipped in and helped with my oversized chaos babies. It was the Pup comedy hour. 6. TRANSPARENT medical treatment. Everything was a choice. If I was going to be billed for anything: options were explained PRIOR and they ASKED me if it was OK. They didn't fast talk me into anything. The Vet was incredible. Techs were incredible. Overall 10/10 experience and my dogs didn't want to leave. They are the best. Tobin, Theodore(teddy) look forward to their next visit. They offered a coupon also. This comes last because it has the least influence on my opinion here. Saving extra money is great but, not the reason these guys are the best.
